Mercure Tokyo Haneda Airport Reviews

Superior room was kind of small for 2A2C. One of us have to sleep on sofa. We should have booked a bigger room. Room was very clean and came with all we requried. Hotel overall was very good. Location was at Otorri Station which we need to figure out how to take train as it is our first time in Japan. Have family mart, 7-11 convenience stores nearby but not a shopping district. Not much food to eat nearby. Shuttle bus service available at certain time to haneda airport T1, T2, T3 for free.

Stayed with my two kids for 2 nights. The room is very clean and modern. Great housekeeping and nice amenities. The hotel also provides free airport bus to Haneda. Location is good. Plenty of food choices outside the hotel. Surely will be back again.

Close to airport, great for travellers who have early flight in the morning.

Spacious although near airport but a bit far from downtown I think

About 15 mins drive from Haneda Airport. Some convenience stores and restaurants on the same street. Offers airport shuttle service to/from hotel. Breakfast is good, but I would suggest trying places nearby for dinner.

We stayed 2 nights at Mercure Tokyo Haneda Airport. I chose this hotel mainly because we had an early 8am flight so it’s convenient to know that we’re not far from the airport. The room was good sized and all the room amenities are almost brand new. The shower pressure was great. We had a king size bed that fits my 7 year old, husband and I comfortably. The staff were friendly and helpful when we were checking in. There was a queue during check in but we didn’t have to wait long. We caught the free shuttle bus at the hotel. It was packed but the driver did his best to stack all the luggage and accommodate everyone. I would stay here again if we have another early flight next time at Haneda Airport.

Location is good especially traveling via Haneda. Also close to Otorli subway station though quite long way when getting to other area. Rooms n public spaces in the hotel is excellent n staff are helpful n friendly. A very pleasant stay!

This might be the best hotel I have stayed in Tokyo, given the price, year built (2023), amenity, breakfast quality and location. The interior is very modern, and the room is quite spacious. I love the bathtub and shower separately, and TV comes with Netflix, Prime and YouTube channels, which can be a deal breaker for me when traveling with kids. My favorite amenity is the 24/7 gym, and I spent couple hours all by myself, ideal for an early morning (4-6am) and rainy day. The breakfast is also of great quality - mostly western which I tried the most, and some traditional Japanese food. The shuttle bus schedule is quite convenient, and for others's reference, I have attached the shuttle bus schedule in this review. Highly recommend, and will visit again!

good location for earlier flight

A great choice for visitors who land at night and rent a car. You can take a free shuttle bus directly to the hotel and the driver would help you on/off load the luggage. Toyota rent a car is just few blocks away. A reasonable room fee comes with free breakfast buffet. The only drawback is located opposite to the rail. Some may need the earbuds. Overall, a great stay.

Wonderful Hotel, close to Haneda, contemporary vibe, close to subway, comfortable bed, cool rooms , good breakfast. The staff is very helpful!
