Mitsui Garden Hotel Ginza Tsukiji

The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. There are no toiletries in the room, but you can pick them up on the first floor. The room itself has a fridge, washing machine, and microwave. There's a coffee shop on the second floor. It's within walking distance to Ginza and the Kabuki-za Theatre. Right across from the hotel, there's a noodle shop that offers excellent value for money; I ended up eating there twice! There's a bus stop right outside the hotel with a direct line to Tokyo Station, and the fare is only 220 yen.

An absolutely incredible hotel!!!!! Everything about it, from the room size, service, cleanliness, ambiance, to the location, is top-tier!!! Highly recommend it for tourists. Plus, there's a huge public bath on B1 that's super relaxing!!! I'll only be staying here whenever I visit Tokyo from now on.

I can confidently say this is the best hotel in Tsukiji. The location is super convenient, and I loved being able to use the hot spring every evening. The room was spacious, and having a washing machine and refrigerator was a huge plus. The lounge area on the second floor was also fantastic. I'll definitely be staying here again! 😊

From the moment we entered the hotel, the staff greeted us with smiles and were incredibly friendly. They also had staff who spoke Chinese, which was very helpful for communication. We had two rooms and needed to be close to our children, so they kindly helped us arrange adjoining rooms. Another great point was how quiet it was; much quieter than the Mitsui Garden Hotel Jingū-Gaien Premier. It's definitely worth staying here again. It's conveniently located near Exit 6 of Higashi-Ginza Station on the Hibiya Line. I even took the subway back from Shinjuku to the hotel and found it very convenient, only requiring one transfer in Ginza.

The room was clean and tidy, the service was great, and the breakfast was quite rich. The location is very convenient, close to the Hibiya Line and Ginza Line subway stations. It's also just a ten-minute walk to Ginza. Overall, it offers good value for money. I recommend staying here.

Here are a few genuine observations: The hotel's location is absolutely perfect, right in the heart of Ginza. It's super convenient for shopping, and the subway station is just a short walk away, making it easy to get anywhere. Transportation is completely stress-free. The amenities are excellent. There's a gym, a lounge area, and a hot spring on B1. I went almost every night; it was rarely crowded, almost like having the place to myself. Soaking there was incredibly relaxing and helped relieve fatigue. The attention to detail is also impressive, like the ReFa hairdryer with scalp and hair modes – it's fantastic to use. Overall, the facilities are great for families traveling with children, ensuring both adults and kids can feel comfortable. For dining, you can choose one dish from the menu with your breakfast voucher, and the rest of the buffet items are also plentiful and delicious, catering to various international tastes. If you don't want breakfast, you can arrange with the front desk beforehand to swap your voucher for lunch and have them help with reservations (a friendly reminder: the voucher is for either breakfast or lunch; I had a little mix-up in my last few days, so just keep that in mind). The service truly stands out. Everyone is friendly and always smiling. There are even Chinese-speaking staff, so communication was never an issue. When checking out, a staff member proactively offered to weigh my luggage and kindly advised me on the quickest route to the airport. It took about half an hour to get to Haneda Terminal 3, which was very convenient. Regarding housekeeping, for consecutive stays, rooms are cleaned every other day. If you need fresh towels or more drinking water, a quick call to the front desk gets it handled promptly. It's clean and hassle-free. Overall, this is a hotel where transportation, facilities, and service are all top-notch. The value for money and the overall experience are fantastic. I'll definitely prioritize staying here again on my next trip to Tokyo.

Facilities: Very comprehensive. I booked a superior twin room which was quite spacious, not at all cramped for two people. The hotel provides complimentary disposable toothbrushes, and even offers facial cleanser, makeup remover, and lotion, which is a thoughtful touch. There's also a washing machine in the room. Cleanliness: Very clean, although housekeeping is done every other day, not daily. Environment: It's about a 7-8 minute walk from Ginza subway station, with a Lawson convenience store nearby, which is very convenient. It's a quiet oasis amidst the bustling Ginza. Service: Excellent Japanese service. Every time I left or entered the hotel, a staff member would greet me.
