Our hotel is conveniently located for accessing various parts of Tokyo, approximately a one-minute walk from the west exit of Asakusabashi Station on the JR Sobu Line and a five-minute walk from Asakusabashi Station on the Toei Asakusa Line. We deeply regret that you were greeted by unacceptable conditions, such as stained curtains and discoloration around the shower curtain, which clearly indicate inadequate cleaning and inspection. We also take seriously the issue of the odor in the hotel corridors, recognizing it as a failure to provide a considerate environment. As a lodging facility, this is absolutely unacceptable, and there is no excuse.
