1. First of all, it is not far from Haneda, and the two nearby JR stations are very convenient for transportation.
2. There is a convenience store downstairs in Anjing where you can buy food.

I think it's fine if you're just looking for cheap.
It seems that what was originally an apartment building is now being used as a hotel. There was no sense of cleanliness and I felt uncomfortable from beginning to end.
My room was on the 5th floor, but there was no elevator...If I had known that, I would not have booked it. Anyway, there are no repeats here.

It's more of an apartment than a hotel. There are only smoking rooms, so I was prepared, but it was cleaned properly and I didn't feel uncomfortable. A set of cooking utensils is prepared.
It's a short walk from the station, but there's a 100-yen Lawson on the first floor, so you don't have to worry about shopping.

Location was convenient, at a walking distance to a JR station. Room was too small for two guests, we could not even walk around the beds. Our room was on the 4th floor and there was no elevator available to carry our heavy luggage.

The building felt old, but it was clean and good for the price. I opened the window all the way, but it didn't close. It was cold at night... I regretted opening it. That's the only complaint I have.
