Good hotel with all the essentials needed. Right outside a train station and bus stop so great location too.

Had an enjoyable stay here.

The room is spacious and the location is convenient. The entrance to the subway station and the bus stop are at the door. There are many convenience stores/restaurants nearby and it is very convenient. As for the door key that many people care about (as shown in the photo), although it has a strong "presence", it is as simple and easy to use as an ordinary door, and does not feel inconvenient. However, taking my room as an example, it is not very quiet. It is recommended that light sleepers wear earplugs, otherwise they will be easily awakened.

It is very close to the Shengdong subway station. The room is very clean. Although the bathroom is small, it is very functional. The air conditioner is silent, the room is very quiet, and I slept very comfortably. Recommended

If you take a limousine bus from Haneda Airport, it is 800 yen. The Grand Nico Hotel is about 30 minutes away. The view is great, and if you use Odaiba Station, you can go to Shinjuku, etc. You can move around comfortably. In particular, you can see the best night view. Highly recommended!!

I really liked the hotel: it is located in a great place, close to the center, the room is clean, spacious, the beds are comfortable, all amenities are available, the staff is very nice. I recommend it!

The location of the hotel suited me very well. We came to Tokyo for only two days, we wanted to visit the most popular places - Akihabara and Shibuya. It is convenient to get to the sights. We got there from Haneda Airport in about 30 minutes with one transfer. The trip to Akihabara takes 19 minutes with one transfer. We left for Kawaguchiko (Fujiyama) from the Shinjuku expressway bus terminal. In a straight line, 10 stops from the hotel. We walked around the area around the hotel, everything is there, everything is great. If I planned to stay in Tokyo longer, then the location is excellent to see both Odaiba and Tokyo Tower. The biggest minus is the almost complete lack of soundproofing. You can hear everything that happens on the street, and there is a busy road there, and ambulance sirens often sounded. But on the second day we got used to it, and this noise stopped annoying. It is worth considering right away that the hotel is not new. If you expect that for an economical price you will get an economical room, then there is nothing else to complain about:)

The room was like an apartment, and there were 3 people staying there, but there were 4 beds, and it was still spacious and easy to use. However, I don't think it was properly cleaned, as the table was sticky and a plastic bottle had fallen into the crevice of the dresser. The location is convenient as it is close to the station and convenience stores. It was within walking distance to Tsukishima, so going out to eat Monjayaki felt like a walk! The location is great because you can eat breakfast at Tsukiji before checking out and then check out in time.

It was clean, the bus stop to Tsukiji was nearby and it was comfortable.

Close to the road, a bit noisy at night, no dry and wet separation in the bathroom, but everything else is good, with very good lighting conditions.

The facility was old and left a reasonable impression. It was clean, but the oldness was noticeable. There were cafes etc. nearby, so convenience was not an issue.

We used it as an accommodation hotel for a live performance at Ariake Arena. Therefore, the venue is a 25-minute walk, near the Kachidoki subway station, and there is an izakaya on the first floor, so it was convenient for a drink after the show, so the location is okay. However, the structure did not feel like an apartment complex or a hotel.

The bed was amazing. I fell asleep in an instant. The staff were so friendly and I thought they were really cool. I was surprised at how well they spoke.

Check-in was smooth and comfortable. It would be even better if you could watch Netflix or YouTube on your TV.
