(+) Great location, easy access to Tamachi Station (JR Yamanote Line) & Subway Mita Station. The surrounding area is very quiet and peaceful. Nearby the apartment there are several convenience stores (7-11, Lawson, Family Mart), supermarkets for groceries (My Basket & Hanamasa which are cheaper than konbinis), local restaurants & izakayas. There's also coin laundry next to the apartment. The apartment itself is very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, spacious enough for 2 people. Communication with the owner was smooth and they provided us manual book for the home appliances. (-) Eventhough there's washing machine, the owner didn't provide detergents so we have to buy it at the konbini. There's no ironing equipment. Eventhough the location is quite central and still within busy business districts, the street was quite dark at night time so we had hard time finding the building when we first arrived (around 10 pm) because it looked so similar to other buildings.

Very good location, quiet, clean. All interactions on-line, but very fast replies. It's not spacious, but totally okay. We stayed several days and enjoyed it a lot. Nearby there are great non-touristy food places with typical Japanese cuisine.

The room looked like the photos in the website so we knew what to expect and worth the price. However, we thought that the hotel would send the checkin instructions to us directly but we received nothing and it was already the day before our arrival so we were quite concerned and we had to reach out to the hotel by ourselves. It was sketchy but they replied very quickly so I was appreciated for this.

The machines are good, but we encountered a small issue when checking in: after filling out the online form, the PDF with the contactless check-in instructions didn't arrive right away. We waited for 40 minutes until a Japanese representative called the manager from his phone, but only a bot answered our call. 🙈 Everything is fine inside, plenty of space, and there's a kitchen and a washing machine. :)

The information received by email before arrival was very thorough: it's an ideal aparthotel if you want to be independent, with small shops nearby and Tamachi train station less than a 10-minute walk away. However, although the apartments overlook a quiet canal and a pedestrian walkway, the accommodation remains very noisy at all hours due to the main road that runs perpendicularly 50 meters away. As for amenities, there was only the bare minimum: nothing to dust the floor, and there was no bath mat. The mattress was too soft and gave us back pain, even though we are thin rather than overweight. The lack of carpeting made the apartment feel austere and exposed the dust bunnies.
