We had a pleasant stay at this apartment. The location is clean, neat, and very convenient, with many malls nearby offering plenty of restaurants, convenience stores, and supermarkets. Although there are quite a few bars around the area, we still felt safe throughout our stay. The unit size is typical for Tokyo standards, so it was as expected.
The TV was excellent, with many app options available. We also enjoyed having a neighborhood view, and the balcony was a nice feature. It was slightly inconvenient to access, but it worked well for doing laundry during our stay.
As for the downsides, the amenities were quite limited. There were no proper slippers provided—only rubber ones that felt more suitable for shower use and were not very comfortable. There was also no toothbrush set. The towels felt a bit rough and somewhat worn, though this may just be personal preference. Additionally, there were no power outlets near the bedside and no bedside table. While there was space for a small table, a standing lamp was placed there instead, which felt unnecessary since the ceiling lights had dimming options and a remote control. An extension cord would be a helpful addition for future guests.
Overall, it’s a good, convenient place to stay, especially for the location as the train station provides easy access and short rides to Shinjuku, Shibuya, Tokyo station and Ueno etc.
