⚠️BED BUGS ALERT ⚠️
I booked this hotel through Trip.com, which stated that check-in was available from 14:00 to 06:00 the next day. However, in reality, check-in is only from 15:00 to 20:00, and after 20:00, you have to do a self-check-in. The front desk is closed, and a piece of paper with your name on it is taped to the door.
Later, I had an issue and tried calling the hotel, but no one answered.
My issue? Bed bugs.
I had to urgently find another hotel in the middle of the night and move there by myself at 2 AM.
The next day, when the front desk reopened, I explained the situation and requested a refund. The first thing the staff said was:
“Wow! Really? That’s awful! I can’t believe it!”
Excuse me?
They then told me:
“We’ll process a refund, so the money should be returned to the credit card you originally paid with. If it doesn’t go through, please contact us.”
When I asked for their contact information, they responded:
“You should be able to find it online…”

It sucks. Very sucks! ! The location is pretty good, and it's very convenient to go to Ueno, but this room is too scary.
How can I sleep with bugs on the bed... I didn't even dare to cover myself with the quilt. Bugs suddenly appeared in the morning and woke me up in shock. The price is not cheap... How can it be so bad... I really won't stay here again
Also, the front desk hours are 0800-1000/1500-2000. People who come in between don't even have a chance to put their luggage. I even called you in advance, but still no one opened the door for me. It's really enough. There won't be a second time, hahahaha

The hotel is obviously newly built, everything is very new, so stay feels good.
The room type is a double room with a large space to open the suitcase completely.
The location is 3 minutes from Impani Station and about 10 minutes to walk to Ueno, which is quite convenient.

The hotel has a great location and complete surrounding facilities. If you can accept using the toilet and shower facilities on the same floor (separate for men and women), there is basically no harm. The place is very clean and it is highly recommended for people traveling alone.

This is a thank-you letter. I checked in to the hotel on March 22, 2025. The check-in was smooth and the staff was very kind and gentle. Since my trip the next day was early, the hotel's working hours were from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm, and I needed to check out and store my luggage at 7:00 am. After communicating with the staff, the staff agreed that I could leave my luggage in the room. They would take it out and keep it after work, but asked me to come back and take the luggage away before they got off work at 20:00 pm. Due to the traffic jam on that day, I returned at 9:00 pm. When I returned to the hotel, the staff was still working overtime waiting for me to pick up my luggage. I am really grateful to the hotel staff. This stay experience is perfect. Thank you again for your kindness and enthusiasm!
