This time, we stayed for about a month. We've used this place for short stays several times before, and back then, I thought the management and service were excellent. However, this time, I found out that non-Japanese staff are managing the operations on-site. There were instances where communication in Japanese didn't go as smoothly as I'd hoped. But more than that, there was something truly shocking and unpleasant that happened. While it might be a cultural difference, we experienced malfunctions with equipment (like the refrigerator) and issues with the TV. When we, as guests, requested repairs or improvements from the management or contact person, they entered our room without permission while we were out to perform the repairs or improvements. This happened despite us explicitly stating, both verbally and in messages, that 'we have valuables in the room, so please always call us beforehand if you need to enter for repairs or any other reason.' As a result, valuables went missing, and we had to call the police and file a 'report of damage.' Since then, all interactions have been very unpleasant and lacking in sincerity. This is Japan, and it's only natural that Japanese laws and customs apply here. Above all, this is the country of Japan, Japanese land. If one is to conduct business or live here, I believe it's essential to thoroughly understand the culture, laws, and customs of this country and land before asserting one's own views or beliefs, or building a community.

All the facilities were great, I really liked it. It felt as comfortable as being at home.

The location is 5 minutes from JR Shin Koiwa Station, and the main attractions are a 25-50 minute drive away. Very convenient. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. It also has air conditioning, which is very important in the Tokyo summer. I loved everything about it. There's also an excellent spa complex just 1 minute away, with 3 saunas and 4 swimming pools with different water types! Highly recommended.

何度目かの利用でしたが残念ながら、スタッフさんの対応や設備に不満を持ちました。具体的には対応したスタッフさんが中国語での対応がメインで日本語でのコミュニケーションが大変でした。そして、外出中する事を事前に伝えて貴重品などがおかれているので絶対に許可無く入室しないようにお願いしたにも関わらず、勝手に入室されて盗難被害に遭い警察を呼ぶ事態になりとてもショックでした。
