It's my first time in Japan and living in home stay suite. The place is about 10 minutes walk to Mejiro and 15minutes to Ikebukuro Jr. The place is decent with nice bathroom, large dining area and kitchen. I actually cooked a dinner and had a great late night. It's suitable for family travel and friends from two to four (if one is sleeping in sofa). I'll visit again if I'm next time in Japan. (Theres really a train line next to the house and you'll always hear the ring, but it's ain't that loud. It's actually nice photo place for train lovers but be careful always.)

The room was very clean and nice 👍 It's near the railway tracks, so it shakes every time a train passes in the morning, but other than that, I had no complaints!
