Urban Park Honjo Azumabashi

About a 10-minute walk from the subway station, with a convenience store and supermarket nearby. The room was quite clean, and you can even see the Skytree from the balcony! The price was very reasonable too. If I have the chance, I'd definitely stay here again.

Pros: 1. Great location! Both the bus stop and subway station are within easy walking distance. 2. You can see the Tokyo Skytree right from the hotel entrance, which is fantastic. 3. The room is fully equipped with everything you could need: plates, bowls, cutlery, cups, a microwave, oven, refrigerator, washing machine, hairdryer, and rice cooker. It's perfect for buying groceries from a nearby supermarket and cooking in. 4. Situated in a residential area, it's very quiet at night. However, the soundproofing isn't the best. 5. There's a supermarket and convenience store within 200 meters. Cons: 1. The hotel stated they don't provide refills due to environmental reasons, but for a 10-day stay, only one roll of toilet paper was provided. I think it would be more appropriate to offer refills. 2. The sofa bed is only suitable for children or smaller adults. It would be quite difficult for two adults to sleep on it comfortably. 3. While the room was cleaned, I found tissues and earplugs under the bed. The cleanliness could definitely be improved.

The room facilities were good, and there's a convenience store nearby. It's about a 15-minute walk to the subway. However, customer service responses weren't very prompt, and the electronic lock often malfunctioned. Also, the check-in/check-out times were quite inflexible, so keep that in mind.

The pillows were yellow and stained, and to our surprise, one of the three beds was just a mattress. Plus, it's a good ten-minute walk to the subway station.
