Great value for money, perfect for families. It's very new and clean. The location is right by the railway tracks, but the soundproofing is excellent, so there's hardly any noise. The room is quite spacious. The two double beds are ideal for a family of four. My only minor complaint is that charging by the half-hour for late check-out feels a bit impersonal. Otherwise, everything else was really good.

I booked this hotel because it was newly opened, conveniently located, and had high ratings. The result? It was an absolute disaster… There are almost ten train tracks outside the room window. All sorts of trains, light rails, and subways pass by constantly every day, and even with the windows closed, it’s incredibly noisy. I couldn't get any decent sleep… It was only quiet between roughly 00:00 and 05:00… I've never taken sleeping pills in my life, but I needed them for two nights just to fall asleep… Aside from that, the room layout was decent, and being a new hotel, it was quite clean. However, housekeeping services are not provided within the first three days of your stay.

The room, while not large, was very well laid out. Most importantly, it had a washing machine and some basic cooking utensils. It was very clean and quiet. The location is super convenient, with JR and subway stations just a 3-5 minute walk away. Convenience stores, izakayas, and restaurants are all nearby. I'd definitely stay here again next time. There's also a park right next door.

Excellent location, very close to Daimon subway station, and a 20-minute walk to Ginza. The only downside is the small lobby, otherwise, the quality of the hotel is great! There are also many convenience stores nearby like 7-Eleven, FamilyMart, Lawson, and lots of small eateries.

This hotel is conveniently located in Hamamatsucho, less than a five-minute walk from Hamamatsucho Station North Exit and Daimon Station (B1 exit). It's situated in a mixed commercial and residential area, offering a quiet yet lively atmosphere. The hotel operates like an apartment, with a thoughtful and practical design, and it's spotlessly clean. I particularly loved that the room had a private washer/dryer (laundry detergent is available in the lobby), a refrigerator, microwave, and tableware, making it perfect for families on longer trips. The hotel offers great privacy, the rooms are quiet, and the staff are polite and patient. It's clear that the hotel is newly renovated and recently opened, offering excellent value for money. The only thing to get used to is the 10 AM checkout time, which is a bit early for me; extending it even a little bit incurs a fee.

The staff were all excellent, and the hotel's location is super convenient, especially for getting to and from Haneda Airport – perfect if you have an early flight the next day. I just wish check-out was at 11 AM; 10 AM feels a bit too early.

Has Chinese-speaking staff and a convenient location. It's about a three to four-minute walk from Hamamatsucho Station. The elevator and room doors use a password system, making it safe and reliable. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit.
