Asakusa Hanabi Mercure 1＆２

The location is excellent, it's quiet yet central, and very close to all the attractions in Asakusa. If I visit Asakusa again, I'll definitely stay at this hotel. Plus, the room has a kitchen with cooking utensils provided, which is perfect for buying food and cooking – very thoughtful!

The hotel is located very close to the attractions in the Asakusa area. We only stayed for one night. The room was clean. We were on the first floor, so there were no issues with luggage. I was prepared for a shared kitchen and washing machine. The triple room was quite spacious.

The location is great, near Senso-ji Temple, so you can visit it at night and it's also convenient for exploring the surrounding areas. The neighborhood is quiet, and the bed is large and soft, so I slept very comfortably. However, the hairdryer must have a lot of hair stuck inside because the airflow was very weak, making it difficult to dry my hair. There's no shower curtain for the bathtub, and the bathroom is small, so using the showerhead easily splashes water everywhere and wets your clothes. Occasionally, I could hear thudding footsteps.

The room is quite spacious. It's very close to Senso-ji Temple, within walking distance. If you're staying in Asakusa, it's also convenient for direct access to Narita Airport, making it a good transit point. The downsides are no refrigerator and no full-length mirror. However, it's incredibly cheap, which makes up for it. There's also a smoking area downstairs. If you want to take photos of Senso-ji Temple in the early morning or evening, you might consider staying here because it's so close. After 9 PM and in the early morning, there aren't many people around, so it's a great time for photos. I'd recommend this place for people who typically go out all day and just need a place to sleep. If you're someone who likes to get ready and put on makeup before heading out, this room might not be suitable as it doesn't have a desk for makeup like other hotels; the only mirror is in the bathroom.

The accommodation is close to tourist attractions, convenient for travel, and has plenty of food options. The place has amenities, including a washer-dryer and a kitchen. However, I wish there was a sign on the door for the kitchen, as I initially thought the room was occupied. I only realized it was the kitchen when the housekeeper came to clean during check-out.

Great value for money in Tokyo! The facilities seemed quite new and it was very clean. The room and bathroom are relatively small but perfectly fine for the price. It's a bit noisy though. Well-located in a quiet side street, a few minutes' walk from the subway, convenience stores, and restaurants. The shrine is also just around the corner. There's a shared kitchen, washing machine, and dryer available. The entrance is a bit hidden, but the host sends detailed instructions before arrival. Due to the small size of the room, it gets a bit humid after showering. A dehumidifier would have been a nice addition.

The accommodation is 950m from the main station, not too far to walk. It's close to Family Mart and about 400m behind Sensoji Temple. On the way to the hotel, you can see views of the Skytree. It's also near Westside, a coffee shop that opens early, and Feb. The beds are two single beds, probably 5 feet each. It might be a bit cramped if there are many of you, and a 29-inch suitcase might take up all the space. The bathroom area is a bit small. If you're not in a big group, there might be other rooms, and you can use common areas like the kitchen and washing machine.
