The service attitude was terrible. They deliberately ignored calls when I tried to communicate. There's no elevator, so carrying luggage was impossible. Girls, seriously, don't fall for the aesthetics. Their storefront is all AI-generated, and my friend and I couldn't even find it at first. The room renovation was really bad; the floor left footprints everywhere, and the bathroom leaked. The toiletries provided weren't even enough for two people. My legs are all bruised from carrying the suitcases. Girls, avoid this place!

The hotel manager was very responsive, and the self-check-in instructions were clear, making the process smooth. The room was spacious, and the facilities were clean. They even provided Clarins brand amenities, which shows a thoughtful approach to their guests. I would definitely book this hotel again on my next trip to Tokyo.

Quite a basic hotel. It's perfectly fine for a one-night stay, but for multiple nights, the limited amenities and facilities might be a bit challenging. Specifically, there's no elevator, which makes carrying a large suitcase up quite difficult.

The hotel's response time is very quick, and the location is great. However, there's a strong musty smell everywhere, and since there's no mosquito net, I couldn't air out the room ㅠㅠ. Also, be aware that you can clearly see anyone using the toilet from outside the bathroom.

Great location! It's less than a 3-minute walk from the North Exit of JR Okachimachi Station. The room wasn't cramped and had all the basic amenities. Everything was excellent, except for the lack of an elevator. We stayed in room 403, a double room.

It's just okay. There's zero soundproofing, but it is clean.
