Bargain stay for location and bugget saving; 1st night we were a bit anxious about safety but it is actually not an issue. Saving for ＞4k Aus dollars instead of the 4star hotel I initially booked …with similar location… In general happy with the booking and would recommend if looking for budget savings

This accommodation experience was truly unacceptable. Firstly, the air conditioning in the room was extremely weak, making it unbearably hot at night, even though the remote control was set to 16 degrees Celsius. Secondly, check-in was very difficult. I had to call to find out the door lock code myself. Would I have been unable to enter the room if I had checked in late? Furthermore, the room's cleanliness was appalling. The bathroom, bed, and walls were infested with insects and mosquitoes, severely impacting my stay. Photos of the insects in the room are attached below. We sincerely hope the hotel can understand and cooperate with our feedback to avoid further inconvenience. Thank you for your attention.
