The hotel is in a good location, but the hotel facilities are old, the kettle makes noise, people who are sensitive to religious beliefs need to pay attention, the hotel staff are good

Location is so convenient, no matter commute to airport, outlet and attractions. Few minutes walk to various public transportations and buses. Staff are friendly and professional, it was my second stay and still feeling good.

Easy access to Ikebukuro station and a lot of shoping malls in the area. It's also very convenient that the Airport Limousine bus is stop right in front of the hotel, ticket can be purchased at the bell desk. The room is clean and true to pictures, size is normal for Japan hotel.

The hotel is very close to Ikebukuro station, and is connected to many popular tourist spot via Yamamote JR line, super convenient to move around Tokyo. Hotel is a bit dated but is clean, comes with air humidifier which can be very useful in the dry air. Not to mention that it has self service laundry space at a cheap price. Would consider staying here if we ever visit Tokyo again.

The overall experience was amazing! The location of the hotel was very convenient since it was very close to department stores, restaurants, and convenience stores.

First time staying in this hotel and this area. I really enjoyed the convenience of the hotel. Despite its age, it is well maintained and the staff are very friendly. Airport limousine stops here direct too, so another big plus. Would definitely stay here again.

Next to Metro , big shopping mall such as sunshine city, 5 nights there. Convenient n good place to stay.

We stayed five nights at the hotel. It has excellent location and service. The room is not big, but clean and has almost everything one needs daily. It also provides nice breakfast and cakes. Will definitely return..

The Hotel is in a good environment. There is a large shopping mall near the subway station. It is a very good place.
