Hotel ok, good only for a night or two during a layover. Stayed there because I wanted a cheaper option for Disney, and served the purpose. Ginza area around it is nice.

Check-in was a breeze and done through a machine. The hotel has everything I need and it’s so close to a Lawson, nearby restaurants, and the nearest metro station (Shintomicho St. on the Hibiya Line) is down by the street. Sufficient for a solo business stay.

- You have to get a key from the front desk to open the window, and since the key is expensive, they only let you stay for 30 minutes, etc. Despite the fact that the hotel is not cheap, the most memorable part is that they are very careful about saving money.
- The hallway smells like cigarettes, so it can be annoying even for those who are not sensitive to cigarette smoke: I wondered if there was a way to solve it, but they kept changing the subject (there are no twin rooms among the non-smoking rooms > there are no rooms at all) and did not help.
- Check-in is structured so that you speak to the staff and then scan your passport on the machine yourself. Since they speak English, although not very well, there is no major language barrier.
- It is 15-20 minutes from Ginza Street and Tokyo Station (within 1,000 yen by Uber), so there is not much merit, but it is not too far away, and there is a famous shioppaen restaurant, Pang Maison, right in front, which is good.

The room stank and the air purifier didn't work. The desk was old.

The guy at the counter has terrible bad breath and a strong Japanese accent, which is hard to understand, but he has a perfect smile.
There is a water dispenser at the counter which is a plus, but the humidifier in the room is not easy to operate. It is also a plus if it has an extension cord.

Avoid it~ Don't choose it when traveling. Otherwise, you will collapse when you walk on the streets of Ginza and look at the glamorous Tokyo and think about your own small house😹
I came to Ariake Bay Area for business, and I booked it because it was close and there was no cheaper option (but it was more than 500 per night)
Facilities: Too small, there was almost no place to put my 25-inch suitcase, and I had to jump every time I went to the bathroom. I walked around Tokyo for four nights because I felt it would be jaded if I went back. There is only one elevator and it is very small. The cleaners and guests share one. In the morning, you even have to wait for a long time before you can go upstairs when you check out and clean.
Sanitation: The conditions are worrying. There are yellow stains on the inner door of the toilet. Um... I went out and bought disinfectant wipes to wipe the room, and I thought it was clean. There is no quilt cover, and there is a sheet between the quilt and the bed. I don't think it is clean either, but I just have to endure it.
Service: There are no Japanese employees, and the staff's Japanese is not very good. It feels like trying to be polite but not considerate.
The funniest thing is that I booked a breakfast package (about 20 yuan extra), and when I asked where to eat in the morning, they gave me a lunch box and a bottle of water. 😹It was my first time booking this type of hotel, and I was shocked on the spot (don't be greedy for small things.
The only advantage may be that the mattress is relatively soft (it seems to be Simmons, but the bedding feels a little damp.

I have been engaged in travel projects to Japan for nearly 30 years, and this hotel is the worst I have ever encountered. What happened: My client Wang x, who was staying at the Mitsui Garden Hotel, suffered a sudden illness (acute pancreatitis) with abdominal pain reaching level 10 at 11 a.m. on October 13. The hotel assisted in arranging an ambulance to be sent to Humen Hospital for rescue. Because Wang x was alone, we had to arrange for a local translator to accompany him to the hospital. We arranged the translation fees based on the principle of putting humanitarian relief first, and Mitsui Garden Hotel also provided great help. At about 1 a.m., Wang x's condition improved after emergency treatment by doctors and he returned to the Mitsui Garden Hotel to rest. Because the Mitsui Garden Hotel Wang Hui's accommodation was a single room (temporarily extended stay), and the translator did not have public transportation home, we decided to arrange accommodation for the translator to rest (Mitsui Garden Hotel was fully booked, so we booked this hotel very close by) hotel). At this moment, Wang We canceled our reservation at this hotel immediately (within about 10 minutes). We believe that although the hotel has a no-refund policy for same-day cancellations, we are by no means canceling maliciously. We are completely taking care of patients and guided by the principle of life first; at the same time, the operation within 10 minutes will not cause any losses to the hotel (even if there is In this case, the hotel should also lend a helping hand). But what is incomprehensible and unacceptable is that this hotel violates Japan's people-oriented and perfectionist principles and insists on charging 100% of the room rate. This is to blatantly ignore the difficulties of others and only focus on making money for yourself. My clients and I will never use this hotel again and will report the hotel's actions to the Japan Tourism Agency. This experience damaged our impression of Japan and the goodwill of its people.

If you are staying for a short time, it will be no problem. From check-in to departure, it was very smooth. The space is very tidy and there is an air purifier.
