The location is about 200m from train station. Surrounding have many restaurants and convenience store. Room is small.

I stayed in mid-April and had a confirmed reservation through Trip.com. However, upon arrival, the hotel was unable to locate my booking and asked me to relocate to another property. After a long journey, this was highly inconvenient and disappointing. More concerning was how the situation was handled. The hotel did not proactively offer any solutions or assistance. I had to request basic arrangements myself, including arranging transportation and coordinating the logistics for the following night. The entire process was unnecessarily complicated and inconvenient, causing additional stress and effort that could have been avoided with proper handling and support. While the staff were polite, the overall lack of responsibility and initiative did not meet expectations. A confirmed reservation should provide a reliable guarantee of accommodation, and guests should not be left to manage the consequences of such issues on their own. I would strongly recommend future guests to reconfirm their reservation directly with the hotel prior to arrival.

WORST hotel service I have ever experienced. Checkin time is 3pm. I arrived at 2pm and offered to wait at reception until my room was ready because it was cold outside. Around 2.30pm the lady at reception told me my room was ready and charged me 1000 yen. I asked if this was the bond and she said "yes" When I checked out, they told me the 1000 yen was "early checkin fees" I have stayed at 50+ hotels in my life, and this is the first time I have ever been charged for receiving my key before the official checkin time. Let alone not being told the reason for this fee. I explained to the manager the next day this is a horrible way to treat your guests. To trick them into paying more money for no reason. She refused to refund me. I will tell everybody to avoid this hotel and will email them until they apologize AND refund me Its only 1k yen - but the horrible service is the problem.
