[male customer here] what a scam, it says premier ROOM but it was not, it was the same generic cabin/capsule type accommodation, so expect the generic bunk beds instead of an actual room with 1 single bed in it. another misleading/scam point, it written in the Room Amenities that there are private bathroom but actually it was a public bathroom, you know, the generic public onsen type, there was no private shower room or bathroom, just the public hot water big bathpool+open-curtain showers. on the other hand, there is a private shower room for the female rooms/bookings. another minus point, you must first open your shoes and store them in the shoe locker before going to the counter. no logic just plain inconvenience for me hahaha smh the only plus point is they always give you a bag of towel+pajamas daily :＞
