I chose this hotel because of its location (10-15 min walk from nearest train station) and the onsen. There is a 7-11 conveniently located right across the hotel which is perfect for a quick breakfast / supper. The hotel’s onsen operates from 6AM-10AM and 3PM-2AM. It was so nice to take a dip in the warm onsen and enjoy the Tokyo skyline after a full day of walking. Would highly recommend if you are looking for a hotel in Shinjuku area that offers some peace amidst the hustle and bustle!

I’d wanted to stay at this hotel for a long time and loved the idea of a traditional-style hotel right in the heart of Tokyo. The staff were very friendly, and I was happy to get a room on a higher floor as I had requested. The room itself was very small and felt a bit outdated. For this price range, I expected a little more. However, the window — definitely the highlight of the room — offered an incredible view of the city. The onsen was quite small, but wow. Being able to relax in an outdoor bath right in the center of Tokyo while looking out at the city was an amazing experience. The breakfast was also very good.

Venue was nice, location wise is kind of outskirt of shinjuku, but acceptable, due to away from noisiness! However, the service was not to enjoyable, at times, i felt disrespected but the services.

Traditional Japanese style with ONSEN in Tokyo central area. Fantastic experience to stay for 2 nights. Only complaint is a bit far away from MTR station.

Most ambient, sleek, clean onsen hotel I have been to and it was in the city of Shinjuku! Whilst a walking trip to and from the train station was 10 minutes, it was not too inconvenient. The onsens, although a bit small, were very astounding as they gave a twinkling view of the city (I recommend going at night). There are also free ice cream and seasonal sakura tea. Lovely place to stay if you need a breath of air from the bustling city but still want to close by.
