Very good experience, follow the instructions in the email for self-check-in, and the password lock is easy to use. There is no sofa, just a small chair in the whole place. You can do laundry and cook, and it's very close to the subway station and local supermarket. It's only two subway stops away from Ueno and Ameyoko. The kids love it here, but it’s a little difficult for dad to stand up because he’s too fat :-)

The hotel will send a pre-registration email a few days in advance. Follow the steps to fill in the information. When you go to the door of the store, each person will upload a selfie and receive the door lock code. There is only one place to take a shower and one bathroom on each floor. There is no one to clean it in the middle. Suitable for multiple people to stay. There is a convenience store McDonald's nearby. There is no hot water in the bathroom. The hotel is very clean and very unique.

We stayed in this house with three colleagues. There were futons and 2 single beds. Of the minuses in the kitchen and at the sink on the 1st floor only cold water. Also there was a problem with the check-in, since we did not have a SIM card yet and there was no way to call to find out the PIN code. So take a SIM card right at the airport. But you will not be able to call with it. Therefore, if you have not been sent a form for check-in by mail (we sent a photo of the passport, selfie), then you will have to call the owner from neighboring hotels. The staff of a nearby hotel successfully helped us.
