Oakwood Apartments Nishi-Shinjuku Tokyo

The location is perfect, in Shinjuku, but still quiet full of restaurants around it. The bed is a little bit small for 2 persons, and there is only housekeeping once a week which is something to bare in mind, but otherwise it was excellent.

Good in-room facilities & helpful staff.

Spare toilet paper should be automatically provided without asking the staff, given that the cleaning lady only for every a few days.

Location is good. 10 mins walk to the nearest entrance/exit of the Shinjuku train line. Staff were polite. We had a late flight on the departure day, the staff were kind enough to let us stay at the lounge area since we have nowhere to go and it was raining. Will come back again.

This apartment is located in a great location surrounded by streets with some amazing restaurants. It is located about a 7 minute walk from Shinjuku Station and 10 minute walk from Shin-Okubo if you want to avoid the hustle and bustle of Shinjuku. Staff were friendly with a cafe attached to the bottom of the hotel which was convenient for your morning coffee. The only issue I had was the room was a dedicated smoking room. I contacted Oakwood prior to my arrival and they pretty much told me that rooms are deodorised and wouldn't smell the smoke. They were correct and I wouldn't have even known it was a smoking room unlike some of those in other countries. I would stay again and do recommend.
