I like this place but it can be abit of a walk from main train stations like Ueno. Room is clean and bathroom spacious - however, this makes up for the smaller room size and you have to find ways to open your baggages. Recommend getting a bigger room than the Double type if you are travelling as 2 or more.

Love the design of the room. There's no view from our balcony. Was hoping to see the sky tree. Then again one thing I dislike is that the shower area is not fully covered, can see in from the outside but overall it was a enjoyable stay.

The transportation is convenient. There are many restaurants nearby, and Sensoji Temple is next to it. The room is very spacious and open, with a Japanese feel. The waiters are very friendly. The terrace is open and the scenery is beautiful.

The location was really good as you could see the night view of the Sky Tower from the terrace. The service was also good. It was nice to have a room with a separate toilet and bath, but there was no bathtub, so it was a shower room and a semi-open-air bath. The hot water in the semi-open-air bath did not collect well, so I would like to see the faucet improved.
The sink and toilet were in the same room, and the lock on the door was unique, so I didn't know how to lock it at first. The futon was clean, but there were bugs, so I was a little disappointed.
