Daiwa Roynet Hotel Tokyo Kyobashi Premier

The room was clean, well-maintained and the location was very convenient. It is near train stations, with 7-Eleven on level 1 and a cafe on level 2. Guests need to place the cleaning tag before 10am to request room cleaning which could be a bit restrictive if you miss the timing. But I appreciate the towel change option where you can placed used towels in a bag and leave outside the room if you don’t need full housekeeping. Lobby is located on level 3. The counter staff are helpful, though not particularly warm and interactions felt functional. Besides the usual amenities, they offer some thoughtful items such as hair oil and foot patches (a real relief after all the walks). Overall, a pleasant and comfortable stay at the hotel.

Quiet area with station Kyobashi just 1 minutes away and also 1 station away from Ginza. Walking distance to Ginza. Convenient. Great amenity station

I have stayed at this hotel more than 5 times. The room was dirty every time I visited lately. Under the bed was full of dust like it never been vacuumed before. Once I opened the air-conditioner, I got a stuffy nose immediately. There was a red dot stain on the blanket which made me feel not comfortable. The staff were nice and polite. The hotel is very close to subway Kyobashi station (Ginza Line).

The surroundings are awesome because it's around the office area. I felt so comfy inside and outside hotel. It's very convenience since 7eleven is on first floor. The lobby is on 3rd floor. For family with kids, you can bring 2 kids max age 12 or lower for twin bed rooms. Otherwise, email the hotel, They will reply immediately. Overall, I will stay here again in the future for tokyo accommodation. It's very close to tokyo station and kyobashi station is exactly 30 meters away from this hotel.
