The location is fantastic, with plenty of food, drinks, and entertainment nearby. It's incredibly convenient to get anywhere, and the subway is just 200 meters downstairs. The place is clean and hygienic, and you can even pick up daily necessities yourself at the elevator entrance downstairs.

Small but mighty, this place has everything you need. Breakfast is filling, and there was even a staff member at the front desk when I checked in late at night. It's great value for money. I arrived on a late-night flight at Haneda and just biked over there on a shared bike. It's perfectly fine for a simple overnight stay.

I was pleasantly surprised at how clean and cost effective the hotel is. I booked 2 rooms and it cost less than a single room in Prince Shinagawa. The room is small but it is very comfortable . There are malls around and many eateries. Will definitely stay at this hotel again the next time I am back.

This hotel was incredibly convenient for our last stop in Tokyo before heading back from Haneda! Both check-in and check-out were fully self-service, and even luggage storage was automated. I loved that after all our shopping in Tokyo, we could still grab some last-minute groceries and goods at Muji and Loft in Atre, right across the street, on our final day. The Hankyu Food Market nearby was also great for fresh fruit. As someone who always brings two suitcases full of snacks home, having the airport shuttle just three minutes from the hotel was an absolute lifesaver. I've already booked it for my next trip!
