I seldom write reviews. This time I have to write about the entire ten-day trip to Tokyo. I stayed here for five nights (two nights in room c and three nights in room a) Where to write first: 1 The hotel is very close to Oshiage Station. It is recommended to enter and exit from exit b3 without running the stairs. There is a super supermarket Life at exit b3. It is very easy to go shopping. You can see the Skytree immediately when you run downstairs (in fact, most of the Oshiage areas can be seen) 2 The room (especially room A) is too big for Tokyo, of course the room rate is not cheap 3 My return flight is at 14:50 and the hotel agrees to a late check-out until 12:00 Then there's the question of the hotel: 1 The check-in procedure is very confusing. The room number and password provided for the check-in date are incorrect. This wastes a lot of long-distance calls to deal with 2 The website says four beds or two beds and two floor mats are actually four mattresses without a bed frame at all. The bed is just two mattresses stacked together. The mattress is very soft. It’s super uncomfortable to sleep for five days. 3 The pillows provided are all covered with hair, which is very disgusting 4 There is very little storage space in the room, which is very strange. I don’t even know where to put things, and there is no wardrobe 5. The temperature and water pressure of the hot water for bathing are very unstable. If you want a hot water to soak your feet, it doesn’t matter whether it’s the same at night or in the morning. In the past, the water temperature may be okay for children to bathe. Later, when adults wash, they feel that the water temperature is not good. 6 The room is designed with two bedrooms and one living room, but there is only one air conditioner, and the air outlets are all concentrated in one room, so that one room is cold and the other room is hot 7 It is also due to the design of the air outlet that the hall is connected to the top of the two rooms, which is not very good for privacy 8 The management team is not easy to find These are the main problems. I hope the management team can improve it.

"The worst time I have lived in Japan in 20 years" is not recommended for travelers to stay at Tora Hotel Tree (unless there is no choice) Check in: There are no clear and updated check-in instructions for the homestay. When we arrived, the check-in instructions required us to use the tablet in the lobby of the hotel to get the next steps such as: room number and password, etc. Unfortunately, the tablet was broken. We struggled for 20 minutes before waiting for the waiter to help us. Room facilities: The unit is dilapidated, and most of the facilities, such as walls, toilets, etc. are stained and quite dilapidated. The official picture and the actual picture are extremely inconsistent. The most serious and unacceptable thing is that there are hairs on the sheets, which are still wet, and it feels like they haven't changed into clean sheets. Fortunately, there was a little Chinese female waiter who tried her best to arrange a replacement, but it can be seen that the Chinese room attendant was rather sloppy in her work.  The check-out time is 11:00 in the morning, we checked out 15 minutes late, but a Chinese housekeeper rushed into the room by force (because they had a password), drove us away, and demanded additional fees, the experience owed good. The only advantage of this homestay is the location, it is close to Oshiage Station and Skytree, only a three-minute walk. There are restaurants and convenience stores nearby. It is very convenient to go to Asakusa and Tokyo Station, and it is far away to go to Shinjuku or Shibuya. Although I don't know the management company behind Tora Hotel Skytree, but they have several homestays in Japan, travelers must pay attention. The frontline operation team of Tora Hotel Skytree is definitely a group of people with average experience, no temperature, and sloppy work. If you have other hotel/homestay options, really don't stay here. Definitely the worst hotel experience in my 20 years of travel, not one of the. Tired facilities, uncleaned apartment, dirty beds, unfriendly service and supports from staffs made our trip unpleasant.
