From the moment we arrived, the level of customer service, attention to detail, and professionalism from your team was outstanding. Everything was handled seamlessly and with genuine warmth. It is honestly one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had — if not the best. What particularly stood out was how proactive and thoughtful the team were throughout our stay. Even arranging our reservation at Bar Centifolio in advance was hugely appreciated and made our trip even more memorable. All I can say is thank you. You made our time in Tokyo incredibly special and effortless from start to finish. Everyone at the hotel, from the front desk to the driveway, was very kind. I also had dinner at the restaurant and had a wonderful time. The sushi was also delicious. All in all, it was a wonderful birthday day. I'm glad I chose this place for my special day. I'll go again!
