Good points: The space was incredibly generous – a real luxury for Tokyo. It could easily accommodate 6-8 people. Cleanliness was good, and the facilities were standard but perfectly adequate. There were plenty of power outlets. Other notes: The bathroom, as is common in Japan, was quite small. However, it did feature a separate wet and dry area.

The rooms are large, with two bedrooms and four double beds, and a spacious living room, making it convenient for families with multiple guests. The neighborhood is quiet and very close to Ueno Ward for shopping and dining. Unfortunately, there's no elevator, which is a bit inconvenient.

The room itself is okay, but the bathroom is small. The toilet is separate from the shower, and both rooms are small and cramped. The toilet doesn't have an automatic bidet, which might not be convenient for Thai people. The bedrooms are adjacent but share the same ceiling-mounted air conditioner, making them inconvenient and lacking privacy. There's a gap in the wall for the air conditioner to reach both rooms, which should be improved. Overall, it's okay; the usable space is good, but the shared air conditioner in the bedroom and the lack of an automatic toilet in the bathroom are drawbacks.
