We stayed in Room 303 on the women-only floor. The room is quite small—two people can’t really walk past each other, and you won’t be able to open 2 suitcases at the same time. However, it’s fully equipped with all the essential amenities.
Note that even though we booked for 4 nights, towels were only provided for the first day, but that’s understandable since it operates like a serviced apartment.
The location is excellent—quiet and peaceful, yet super convenient. You can easily walk to the NEWoMan building, the Bus Terminal, and Shinjuku Station. Overall, a great place to stay
No luggage storage.
No front staff.

The B&B was clean and tidy, and its location was central and quiet. There weren't many TV channels, and although the Wi-Fi had a small issue, the host was quick to resolve it. We booked a quad room for two, which perfectly solved the issue of not having enough space.
The location is excellent, and we were able to complete the check-in process from Taiwan beforehand. This made checking in at the hotel very convenient and fast!

Positive side: Super super location. Just 5 minutes from Shinjuku new south exit. 5 minutes to Yoyogi station - is is a strategic location to go around everywhere. Have a Family mart , Newdays, 7-11 nearby within 300m and also a lot of restaurants at both 2 stations . The house is on the residential area which is quite all day . The check-in and out process is very easy ,host sent all necessary steps to approach the house via email in Japanese ! But we are OK with GG translation! Room size is perfect for our family of 3. The house has an elevator.
Negative side: Cleanliness need to be extremely improve, especially the dust everywhere. The bathroom and toilet room is quite cramp even though a Japanese standard.
Conclusion: RSC Yoyogi extremely worth the money in order to location and room size.!!!

The room was spacious. The ventilation fan was always on, so it stayed cool even in the middle of summer! It's shower-only, no bathtub, and the shower room is tiny! Only one bath towel for a two-night stay. No sink, and the toilet area is cramped too! The bed was a semi-single, which was a bit roomy! But there was dust and hair. And bugs. The vacuum cleaner had such poor suction it barely picked anything up!
