The hotel boasts a stylish and quiet design, with spacious and comfortable rooms and a great bed. During my several-day stay, I didn't see any staff members in person; all communication was done via email, and I had to fill out online forms. The location is convenient, close to Yoyogi Station, with easy access to amenities. However, during the stay, guests are required to take their trash to a large bin next to the elevator on each floor. For a three to four-day stay, these bins were never emptied and were completely overflowing. This was a bit inconvenient for longer-term guests. Aside from that, the overall stay was pleasant and offered good value for money.

The location was excellent. The room was so spacious compared to other places in Tokyo. The bedding was so good and comfy. The only downside was the toilet was so confine. Overall it was an excellent stay in Shinjuku, will definitely stay here again next time.

The room was small for two people to open the language in thee same time but its was manageable the location was super nice

The room is spacious and has bunk beds, perfect for groups. There's a washing machine and plenty of amenities. The bathroom is separate from the shower, which might be a bit small for those who are claustrophobic. Overall, it's good because it's close to the train station and restaurants. It's also ideal for female travelers as it feels safe. (Female-only accommodation.)

The room is very small, but when I booked I knew, the problem is that no one collects garbage, living so many days garbage can not be placed at the door, can only be placed inside the house, to check out before someone collects, for me very dissatisfied

Check-in convenience: I checked in at the front desk, which was pretty easy. Safety: It's a very quiet area and felt very safe. Facilities: I don't understand the logic behind this hotel, so I booked for four women, but there were actually three of us, because I was afraid it would be a youth hostel and they'd booked in another person. Pros: The room had a table, microwave, induction cooktop, and more. Plenty of space. The shower was quite comfortable. Cons: There was no washbasin, so I had to use the sink, which was a bit cramped and leaked. The bathroom was always ventilated, which was a bit noisy when sleeping, and the door wouldn't close properly from the outside. The location is really good, though. Yoyogi Station is a 200-meter walk away, and there's a supermarket along the way. However, Yoyogi Station has two exits, so be careful to avoid being scammed (Google Maps tells you to enter and exit the underground to transfer, but if you don't, you'll be charged 150 yen). This proves that the two exits serve as two transportation hubs, making it very comprehensive. Shinjuku Takashimaya and Shinjuku Main Station are also within walking distance. In general, the price/performance ratio is absolutely acceptable. I just hope that the merchant can improve the facilities a little more. Thank you, ありがとう

I was satisfied with the location and the condition, considering the price. I stayed in room 302, which is supposed to be for two people, but it was the perfect size for one person. If two people were sharing the room, the route would have been too convoluted and inconvenient. I wouldn't recommend it for two. The location is great. It was convenient for shopping nearby and leaving my luggage. It's only a 10-minute walk to the downtown area, but the area around the property is quiet and residential. However, it's right next to a park, so it can be a little scary late at night.

The location is okay, but the room layout isn't very practical. I was traveling alone with two suitcases; if two people were traveling, I'm afraid there wouldn't be enough space to put their suitcases.

The location is convenient, near JR Yoyogi Station. Though small, it's fully equipped. Although I didn't have a chance to use it, it surprisingly had all the necessary cooking utensils. However, there wasn't enough space to open two suitcases at the same time.

The toilet was small. The "complete" button when entering the number to enter the room was difficult to understand. I wish it was something like "complete" or "OK." It would have been nice if there was a dish towel to use after washing the dishes.

This room is about half the size of Room 301, but since we're all girls, it's actually quite comfortable. We don't usually stay here for long, but I still give it a good review. The facilities are very complete. I stayed here for seven or eight days during my trip to Japan, changing rooms once. It was a very comfortable stay. Highly recommended (*¯︶¯*)
