The hotel was right next to the train station and the space and cleanliness of the room is very good. The breakfast set provided was also very delicious and there is free coffee 24 hours. Will definitely stay again.

The service was overall great, the staff was very considerate when i made a mistake on the check out time. The check out time was supposed to be 11am but they gave us 30 mins to check out. The amenities are also great! You can get whatever you need on the 3rd floor reception. They also have laundry self service on the 6th floor. Location is very accessible as it is very near the train station. There are lots of shops and restaurants.

It was our first time travelling to Tokyo. We were stressed about where to stay. Hotels in downtown were really expensive. We chose to stay here and we loved it as you can get anywhere with the train network in Tokyo. Check-in process was smooth. Receptionst very helpful. Loved the rooms. We got two rooms. A bit small but larger compared to other hotels with more expensive rates. Enjoyed our stay for a week. The JR line is actually just besides the hotel. You can use an app to help you get to where you like in 15 minutes. Alot of restaurants, mcdonalds, lawson, family mart besides the hotel. Would definitely stay here again.

Great hotel, super convenient as it's right next to the metro (15 second walk away). Rooms have been newly renovated and the amenities are great.

I have stayed in this hotel many times and I like this area very much. First of all, this hotel is right outside the subway station. There are many restaurants and food stalls near the hotel, so there is no need to worry about food. Next time I come to Kyoto, I will definitely stay in this hotel again

I checked in again. The attitude of the staff became very bad. I asked for two more pillows. The first one told me they didn't have them. The second one told me they were in the warehouse. The third one was willing to give them to me. The service perception was very poor. However, it was convenient for travel. It was close to the subway station and it was also convenient to eat around.

Very satisfied! The hotel is right next to the east exit of JR Akabane Station, which is very convenient. Coming from Narita Airport, transfer to the Tohoku Line at Nippori. It's only two stops to Ikebukuro, which is very convenient. There are many restaurants, supermarkets, and shopping malls around the hotel. Check-in and check-out are very fast, and the service staff is very friendly. They reminded us that we can pick up coffee, bath salts, tea, etc. at the front desk. We forgot to bring the power converter, so we called the front desk at night, and the front desk lady delivered it to the room in seconds, which was very considerate. I especially like the humidifier purifier in the room that you can add water by yourself, which is very useful. The breakfast is also good. You can choose the Little Mermaid Bakery on the first floor and Dennis on the second floor.
