Tokyo hotels are generally quite small, like capsule hotels, and the furnishings were a bit old. It would be great if they offered luggage storage for guests, as check-out is at 10 AM. If your flight is in the evening, it's really inconvenient to have to drag your bags to a subway station to find a locker.

Dirty (see pics) Location is not bad, not great. Roughly 9min walk to the nearest station Staff asked me to stay out of the room as they were about to clean my room. They cleaned my room...I waited but they didn't bother to let me know that its ready.

I decided to stay here one more night because I was lazy to move in the unforeseen weather. All the other hotels near by were pricier than this one so it make great sense to just stay put for one more night. I didn't book for the third an final night for my stay because the price went up and compared to what's around I move out after my second night. The price fluctuate maybe due to this platform algorithm or hotel's system either way I find myself better deal near by.

The facilities are quite complete, but the toilet wasn't clean. The best part is that it's only an 8-minute walk to Ikebukuro Station.

Hotel was clean. Not too far from the train station, just a bit of a walk. I enjoyed my stay there very much. Lots of family marts in the area, and location near a lot of eateries too
