Best area of Tokyo- mid-century modern residential area close to Ueno Park - very quiet considering in the middle of the city-lots to see and do- the rooms are good size for Tokyo- staff were very attentive- restaurant on site- only downside was the noise from hallway and nearby rooms as the joint is not soundproof- otherwise all good in the hood

Nice location, but *********** and Trip.com’s high ratings and pictures were a bit deceiving. Rooms are tiny, there’s not an inch of storage for clothes or luggage. Bathrooms were not super clean and were cheap looking prefabricated units. As a 70kg 180cm person I found it quite uncomfortable to use the toilet. Toilet seats are tiny and the leg space when sitting is incredibly tight. Service was okay, but there is no luggage shipping service in this hotel, so we had to walk to the nearest convenience store and the process was not as easy as in other hotels offering the service.

Lovely staff, super helpful especially in filling in the luggage transport forms! It is a super quiet neighborhood so we felt a bit bad dragging along noisy suitcases when we left. Breakfast was great but some guests were just so loud and the place is small with many sharing space in a large table, so it was a bit annoying for a couple of mornings.

Locates 5-10 min walking to the metro and 15-20 min to the main station to the airport. Nice room equipped with everything needed. I have no serious issues during my stay. Only the bed was too small for 2 people. Good vibe. Overall good.

Overall, it was pretty good! **Cleanliness**: Relatively clean. **Environment**: Nice, just a bit far from the station. **Service**: Overall, it was okay. The hotel toothbrush was really bad 🤣 and it's a bit far from the station. The breakfast was all vegetarian, so it was a little hard to feel full. For this price, I'm generally satisfied!

The location is incredibly convenient, being just a short walk from Nezu subway station. Nezu, part of the charming 'Yanesen' district, truly radiates a nostalgic, old-Tokyo atmosphere and a wonderful sense of local community. What's more, both the University of Tokyo and Tokyo University of the Arts are within easy walking distance, and getting to the Tokyo National Museum is also incredibly convenient.

The room was great and spotless. The front desk staff spoke excellent English. While it's located in a residential area, it's very conveniently close to Ueno and Nezu.

Very nice and comfy hotel. The only downside was breakfast, too little choices or possibly if the menu could change from day to day that would be nice.

Glad that we found this hotel. Great location within waling distance to Ueno Park and subway station. Room space is amazing given Tokyo hotel standard. Front desk staff was very nice, so were the restaurant staff. We like the lounge very much, which has kitchen appliances, utensils, and pool table. etc.
