The room is quite big when compare to other hotels in tokyo and the bed is quite comfy and the staff is nice and helpful. I send the package to the hotel and the staff was nice to put the message on the door to inform that it has arrived.

The hotel is very old, and the bathtub and toilet have some issues like chock and wayer flood during our stays there. We avoided soak in the bathtub and stand shower in the bathtub instead. The toilet also needs to be held the flash button to 30 seconds to make sure completely flashed else will flow back into the bowl. The hotel sign is hiding and it is difficult to find the hotel at night time arrive there.

The hotel is very close to train and metro station, we spent 2 nights in this hotel, staff are helpful, our luggage was sent to our rooms during our check in.

The room provided to us had an air conditioner problem. The front desk gave us an electric fan for added relief, and the next day , we were transferred to another room in good condition. I suggest that they check the room facilities before assigning them to guests. The room rate is quite expensive , so I believe we deserve good service. The staff members were generally polite. 

The hotel room was a reasonably good size especially by Tokyo standard. It was a short walk from Dai Mon station and there’s even a Lawson convenient store nearby.

The WiFi is slow , but everything is good 👍

Front desk service is fine but the cleansing staff refused to make up the beds due to just a few of cloth (being described as luggage) on bed is not acceptable. That’s why the hygiene of the room is so poor. The only advantage is to close location to airport.

Special thanks to hotel staff Sato-san of his great assistance on checking weather forecast and showing nearby attractions. Hotel to nearest JR and Metro station are within 5-7mins, lots of convenient stores and this place is quieter. Hotel room size 28.5m sq is good to fit a family with 2 adults and 2 kids. Overall is a pleasant stay.

Good to stay here, new and clean, next time will consider to stay again

First off the pictures the hotel post are nothing like the room! This hotel is a two star hotel! And their prices are high! No wonder why they have a no cancellation policy because after you step foot into your room you’ll want to cancel immediately. There are so many better hotels in the area to choose from. Don’t be fooled! I expected more from a hotel company that promises costumers a enjoyable stay. The sheets were stained! And hairs were on my sheets. The room and bathroom have a horrible musty smell. The room is extremely outdated! The vents are dusty and behind the third bed was dirty. The bathroom floor and tub creak every time you step foot on them. There is a huge opening at the bottom on the hotel room door. The bathroom is small and the toilet is extremely close to the tub. The tub has chunks missing out of it. I have never seen this before in a hotel! The pictures show an extremely nice hotel but it’s a whole different experience when you step foot into the hotel. My advice don’t book this hotel until you have carefully checked all the surrounding hotels in the area and remember their once you book no cancellation policy.

Was surprised to find that our luggage has been brought up to the room even when we didn't request for it. Not the easiest distance to walk after a long day or in rain (for us) but they have umbrellas to borrow for our trip out. What stood it for me is the bedding but space wise can be tricky to put 2 28inch luggages.

Hotel is quite old Bed too soft already Don’t know what they are using for walls between rooms I can hear whatever my neighbors room talking/ moving 😞😞🫣🫣 Regret choosing this hotel

Not our first time staying here . We stay the same last year Oct. This year they have been amenities like mouth wash and bottled water provided

Who took my money? A ghost ??? A room itself? I left an envelope with 250 $ worth money in. After checkout I'd just realized and claimed to return me. However, the hotel just responded Nothing and nothing would be done. (accordinding to trip .com) Money was there for sure and disappeared al of a sudden so what should've happened? Magic? So ashame and disappointed about Hotel Mystays. The amount of money is not a big deal but 'sincerity'problem is a great deal. Also, I truly appreciate for your repeating words 'sorry'(meaning but that's it ) to dear TRIP.COM Thank you for presenting me a terrible ending of first Tokyo Trip.
