I really liked this hotel.
1. At check-in, I was greeted, everything was explained clearly, and I was settled in quickly. The staff were friendly and spoke English. They were kind and showed great respect for guests.
2. The room was clean. During my 8-day stay, housekeeping was done twice (this was stated in the check-in conditions). The linen was clean. Towels and bathrobes were changed daily. Trash was also collected every day.
3. Breakfasts were superb! It was a buffet, very tasty and filling with a good selection.
4. The hotel's location is super convenient. A transportation hub is just a minute away from the hotel. There are many restaurants and 7/11s nearby.

I want to stay here again at next visit. It located very close to bus stop which the bus is going to Haneda airport. We could spend time in hotel lobby after our checkout. Also my daughter's favorite Anime shop, Donki, and many kind of restaurants are near the Hotel.

I accidentally selected the wrong date while booking and reached out right away to correct the mistake. Instead of working with me or showing basic flexibility, the staff was outright rude, dismissive, and refused to offer any solution—not even a date change or anything. Honest mistakes happen, but the complete lack of empathy and unprofessional attitude ruined my experience. I would strongly caution anyone against booking here.

great and valid hotel, very close to public transport. takes about 40 minutes to reach shinjuku with a transfer in shinagawa.
Had to give 4 stars to the structure because I the ventilation fan (which was automatic and I could not turn off) made it hard to fall asleep. I kept waking up. For the rest I have no complaints. The staff was very nice.

Really close from JR Kamata station and there is a convenience store nearby. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were nice:) From here, it’s easier to use shuttle buses to the airport because it’s a bit far to Keikyu Kamata station which goes straight to the airport.
