R&B Hotel Higashi Nihonbashi

The hotel room is relatively small, and the table is retractable. It's my first time staying here. The location is close to the subway station, and the transportation is convenient and fast. You can see the Sky Tree Tower when you walk out. When checking in, the receptionist's attitude was quite stiff, and I didn't feel at home. I was told to throw a piece of paper into the trash can outside the door, which was a bit unexpected. If there is a highlight, there is only free coffee from 3:00 pm to 24:00. In general, try to avoid using it in the future.

Although the hotel is small, it has all the necessary features. It is clean and hygienic. Breakfast is provided in the morning. FamilyMart is next door. There are several subway stations nearby, so traveling is very convenient. I will give this hotel priority next time I travel.

The type of bread was different from another R&B hotel I stayed at before. Breakfast was delicious. The payment was already made when I made the reservation, but I was asked to pay the amount when I checked in. I got confirmation and found out that the payment has been made. Other than that, there are no problems.

Although the room is small, it is enough for one person. There is a subway station just two steps downstairs, which is very convenient for traveling. There is a convenience store next to the downstairs, which is very convenient.

It was my first time to stay in this hotel, and I had a lot of surprises. First of all, the hotel has front desk staff who can speak Chinese, so that some guests who are not good at Japanese can also know where the supporting facilities in the hotel are and how to get the cleaning service. Tools, etc. are very thoughtful. There is also a free coffee bar on the first floor of the lobby that is open from morning to 12 am, allowing guests to have a refreshing start in the morning and enjoy this trip to Tokyo. The hotel room type booked is Sparrow. Although it is small, it is well-equipped. Most of the furniture has folding functions. You can enjoy a lot of comfortable space in a small room. The surrounding transportation is very convenient. After leaving the hotel, you can walk to Shin-Nihonbashi Station and Asakusa in 4 minutes. The tourist attraction is very convenient. Hotels with low prices but good services are very rare in Tokyo. If I have the opportunity next time, I will still choose it as a rest room during my trip!

This was my first time staying at this hotel, traveling with one adult and two children aged 12 and 9. The room was for three people, but it was small, with only one double bed, and it was too small for the three of us to sleep side by side, so we couldn't sleep. The plan was for a room only, and it said that breakfast could be added for an additional 500 yen, and that it was to be paid on the spot (the morning of the day), but on the day we were informed that it was 700 yen, and when we asked, they said that the price had gone up a while ago. On the morning of the day, we went to eat breakfast, and when I tried to ask if we wanted to pay in advance or later, the staff member said, "Please take your tray first and sit wherever you like," so I thought it was later, and ate. I finished eating first, and my children were still eating, so I went to take away my dishes by myself, and the staff member said, "Please put your ticket here," and when I said, "Ticket? I don't have a ticket," he looked surprised, so I realized that he was on a plan that included meals. I was told to pay at the front desk, but when I told them that my child was still eating, I went to pay, but the front desk clerk said, "Payment is required in advance," but if that's the case, they should have told me that first! Shouldn't the guide have checked if we had the ticket first?! I think the instructions would have been different depending on whether we had the ticket or not! I also felt bad that they asked us to pay while my child was still eating! It was like they were telling us to hurry up and eat... It was a really bad start to my trip. I will never stay here again!

The overall environment is very comfortable and clean, the surrounding area is relatively quiet, and the subway is convenient for travel. It is suitable for tourists and vacationers.
