This is the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in in Japan. The front desk service staff are also quite rigid.

It was a nice stay. The only thing I dislike about this hotel was that there was no dressing table. Other things was nice. Really good location to hop on yamanote-line.

Perfect location, few metro lines + monorail to Haneda airport are really close to the hotel. The place is lovely and quiet. Staff is very nice and always helps us. Rooms are well equipped: fridge, kettle, cups, air conditioner, hair dryer.

Nice and small mighty hotel. Good location. 24 hour food options available. Really good for its price considering its location

The staff and service was ok. Be here for the location, as it's near happening things but not too near so it's quiet at night. Though the room is tiny and the pillow was hard, and they don't provide enough pillows (only 2 for 2 people). It was an ok stay but if I can choose and there are better options, I would not stay here again.

Location was excellent. Easy access to Haneda airport and take train ride to Narita airport.

The hotel room was small but clean. The train station is about 8-10mins walk. It's convenient if you arrived at Haneda Airport and can take monorail direct to the hotel Hamamatsucho station. Value for money.

Very friendly staff, the rooms are clean and many restaurants nearby. The breakfast is disappointing though.

amazing location, with lowbudget price, 7-10 mins to JR or Metro station, 2 mins from seven eleven, its a very nice place to stay
