Checked in after 9pm, lounge closed so couldn’t check in at the executive lounge. The male reception staff checking us in was not as welcoming as expected for this hotel, perhaps limited English speaking so sounded cold, no smile at all. The reception lady led us to check in was more friendly. Location is everything and the view from the balcony is awesome. Breakfast is better than average. Overall not too shabby.

Room is spacious and very clean!!! Foods were superb!! Perfect to relax with tokyo tower view, nearby parks and natural onsen.

the location is a bit far from centre, but hotel is close to train station. hotel room is a bit old fashioned but staff service is very friendly

The room is super big and with king size bed 🛌 We can view the Tokyo tower in our room balcony 🗼 Must order in room service breakfast the night before 😍most of the staffs in Japan do not speak fluent English but this hotel do! Staffs are helpful and polite The bathroom got a jacuzzi 😍 super nice Skincare set is available !

The room is spacious and the location is just next to the famous Tokyo Towe. But the interior is old, and we felt like we turned back time to 1980s.

All good except swimming pool because kids are not welcomed, unless we go to Prince Hotel (10min walk) which needs to pay. I booked this hotel because it has swimming pool for my girl (9-year-old) and located next to Tokyo Tower, unfortunately kids are not welcomed to the pool. I will not come again next time, it is not kids friendly. It ruined my trip.... The sky bar too, kids are not allowed to get in for dinner....... We stayed there for 4 nights, we saw that an empty chocolate bag next to a public phone (next to the lift lobby) wasn't cleaned. 4 days still there.... amazing......
