This is my 2nd time booking this hotel, it's not convenient for shopping coz it far from the shopping areas. I have no choice because I got something to do in that area. I would like to "complain" to the hotel receptionist, that the guy is really impolite and rude. First of all, the receptionist lost my booking details saying I did not book the room, and then yelled at me to check with my agent company, which is TRIP.com. After checking, he gave me a room which had guests occupied. The most awkward thing is I came to know it when I opened his room's door. I cannot expect such a stupid thing to happen in such a modern city, particularly since the receptionist communicated with me not in-person, but through skype. I cannot even see his face. I finally got a smaller room (for 3 adults) than I originally requested, and the arrangement took me almost an hour... I will not book this hotel again!!!! Everyone should try to avoid such Hi-tech hotel

Picture 4 is the supermarket across the street, 10 meters away, the things in it are very affordable, much cheaper than 711. The room is about 17-18 square meters. There are microwave ovens, induction cookers, pots, bowls, spoons, and sinks. It said that the room will be cleaned after seven days. You need to buy a toothbrush for 200 yen or bring your own. This hotel is small and there is no front desk staff to check in. You have to rely on the IPad in the foyer to communicate with the staff to obtain the entrance password. The room is compact but well-equipped and very new. The toilet and bathroom are quite spacious, and the kitchenette is also very practical. It is very close to Kasai Station and the Disneyland bus stop within walking distance. One of the best accommodations we could enjoy on our trip through Japan. Although it was not in the "center" of Tokyo if there is only one, with the subway in half an hour you are in many of the places that every tourist wants to visit. Hygiene is very poor! ! ! This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in in Japan. I will never order from Minn again. There is no ventilation and the mattress smells extremely bad! ! ! ! I have been using Ctrip for almost 20 years, and this is the first time I have taken the initiative to evaluate it. There is no problem with the hotel itself. The price is cheap, the transportation is convenient, and there are many supermarkets and convenience stores around.
