全室禁煙のはずなのに、トイレやお風呂がタバコ臭い。 初日にお願いして、改善してもらったが、2日目もダメ。 たぶん構造的に、タバコ部屋とかスタッフルームのタバコの煙が回ってきてるようだ。対応した外国人のスタッフも喫煙者のため、たぶんこっちの気持ちわからず諦めた。 子供たちがトイレに行けず不憫な思いに、、、。 癒しが売りのホテルのはずなのに、残念。 タバコの匂いが大丈夫な人にはいいのでは。
