This is a great place for a short overnight stay, right by Ebisu Station. It's generally clean and tidy with no strange smells. They provide pajamas, slippers, and towels. If you're looking to explore Tokyo at night, I highly recommend this place!

Not a good hostel. It's very cramped, the mattress is way too hard, the capsules aren't well sound-insulated and they don't turn off the lights at night. Worst of all they force you to leave the hotel and put all your belongings into your tiny locker every day at 11 am. Meaning you can't get to your stuff before 3pm.

Great location, but everything else is pretty mediocre. You have to check out and check back in every day, even for consecutive stays – I saw the front desk trying to explain this to a bewildered foreigner. The room doors are incredibly loud when opening and closing. Seriously, it's the 21st century, why are we still using keys? No electronic locks? Overall, very average. On the plus side, there's an Afuri ramen right next door, which is pretty good and refreshing.

The room was clean, which helped me relax and shake off my fatigue. The pillows were a bit firm, which I personally found fine, but I can see how some might find it hard to get a good night's sleep. Overall, I was very satisfied.

Location is near Ebisu station. Amenities were provided. Definitely recommend for solo travelers or anyone needing a quick stay. It does get full quickly. It’s not too far from Shibuya and Shinjuku. Quiet and friendly environment.

I liked that each capsule had a curtain that could be pulled down and that there were sauna facilities. It would have been great if I could have rented a charger.

it’s a bit old in general. before reaching the reception u need to climb some stairs, so it’s abit inconvenient if u have heavy luggage. locker room is inside sleeping pod so its a bit noisy if someone is checking in late night

Good capsule but no air conditioning for 1 week. Very very noisy with people who do not respect others during the night....

I was a little conscious about the timing of leaving my capsule due to the high traffic of people, but I had no issues during my stay. I wondered if selecting a quiet room would mean being on the second bunk, so if climbing up and down is difficult, I figured I shouldn't choose that option. Overall, I had a good stay with no problems.

This is supposed to be a hostel, but I can't understand why the doors are designed this way. They're incredibly heavy and make a very loud noise when closing. Even with earplugs, the sound will wake you up and startle you. People were opening and closing doors all night, and others were talking. It's a world of difference compared to the hostels I've stayed at in Taiwan. The night staff's attitude was also very poor; she had a cold expression the whole time and wouldn't even smile at guests, acting as if I owed her money. I also completely don't understand why they assigned me a bed right by the door. I tried to communicate with the front desk staff on duty that night to switch to an inner bunk, but she refused, saying they were all booked. However, from the moment I checked in until I left the next中午 day, those beds remained unoccupied. Why was I given a spot by the door instead of an inner one when I checked in? Shouldn't it be first-come, first-served for bed selection? It's completely unreasonable. I strongly suspect discrimination. I will never come back here again. This is the worst hostel.

Overall, it was quite clean and hygienic, and I slept comfortably. However, as expected with a capsule hotel, opening your luggage can be a bit inconvenient. If you're just staying for one night, I'd still highly recommend it.

An office worker's experience. Capsule, pajamas, towel, slippers are provided. The shared showers and sauna are good. However, the capsules can get a bit stuffy if you close yourself in. The common area is minimalistic and small, just a few sofas. Based on reviews, you need to take all your belongings out of the capsule every day. So, basically, sleep for a night and then head back to the office.
