Hotel opened less than a year ago. Everything is new and the design is very modern. Location is in the middle of Shinjuku so it was close to everything. The hotel staff was very attentive and the connection between the lobby (on the 18th floor) to the concierge in the ground floor was always in sync. Breakfast at the main hotel had a great view for a nice clear day but selection is limited. They have a second buffet in their neighbour hotel (17th floor) that has more selection. I would not really recommend this hotel for younger kids due to its design but overall great hotel.

This was our second trip to Japan within the past 5 years. Previously, we stayed at a budget hotel which was cramped and small compared to American hotels. For this reason, we decided to splurge and I'm so glad we did. Splurge on the deluxe room if you value space and comfort. It not only made a huge difference, but it made our stay even better. The deluxe room comes with a walk- in closet, huge bathroom, and the room itself was big enough for a King bed and sitting area with a couch and chair. The staff provided excellent customer service at all times. The hotel is not that close to a train station so be wary of that, especially if you have heavy luggage. Also, this hotel is huge and navigating it takes time before you know where to go and how to get to the area's local restaurants and train stations. The hotel grounds have a beautiful Japanese garden with waterfall which rivals some parks. The only criticism I have about our stay is dining. As do all hotels, this one charges a huge price to dine on-site. You have access to local restaurants that are within walking distance for half the price. If you want to save money do a little research online and dine off-site. There are plenty of options around the area.

My first visit to Japan and very soon after many covid restrictions had been lifted..the arrival and exit from the Airport was hassle free and fairly quick...the Taxi ride to the RIHGA Royal Hotel took around 30 minutes. I arrived at the hotel just after 07.00 and had to pay a fee for an early check-in, I had booked a luxury Double Room which was comfortable, spacious and quiet... the hotel is very grand inside with a wonderful lobby restaurant where you can enjoy an afternoon tea and drinks, its within walking distance of many restaurants and close to the main train station for the Bullet train, I would recommend this hotel and the staff were very attentive and courteous

quit location but near to higashi shinjuku station witch is good for traveler who wants to roam around shinjuku. It was my 1st time checking into this hotel. I stumble into this hotel because there was good review. So when I came into this hotel, I was pleasantly happy with what I am expected. The counter lady spoke English asking me if I want to check in early at 2pm instead of 3pm and she arranged my registration quickly. The process took less then 5 mins and I was already in the room at 2.05pm. ( Extra 1000Yen for early book in ) The room space was sufficient for myself since I extended my business trip for another 2 days. The beds and toiletries were presently nicely and there was even a clock by my bedside for a quick check on the time. I got the highest floor at Level 12 and it was a good view from the top. The TV programme consist of only Japanese channels. No English programmed at all. After my 2 days and 1 night stay, the checkout process was quick. With just a press of a button to acknowledge my checkout, I return the card access into a feeding slot and that is all required. Overall, the stay was pleasant, the toiletries was more then sufficient and I would like to come back again to book this hotel and bring my wife for a short holiday.

A beautiful boutique hotel with a rooftop onsen, at a great price. The room was small, so bring trunk-style luggages instead of those that open flat if possible. I could fit my trunk luggage easily into the nook below the tv. The semi-double bed is also smaller than your regular queen sized ones. While the location is great, it is a long walk from the main Shinjuku JR station, and the distance was truly felt when my feet was in pain and full of blisters from the second day on. The entire hotel was also very dusty for some reason, and it made my partner’s sinus infection act up badly. So I would recommend staying elsewhere if you’re sensitive towards dust. The onsen on the other hand, was great. Didn’t think I’d use it often but I ended up going every night. The onsen water smelled like chlorine most of the time, so don’t expect natural spring water. PS: Men’s onsen is equipped with Dyson hairdryers, but they’re not as strong as the one at home! Women’s one has a different hairdryer, but stronger and nicer than the one in the room. Staff were polite and helpful!

The location is vague, even JR Shinjuku, and is better than JR. Shinjuku Gyoen-mae Station on the Tokyo Metro Mirunouchi Line Accessibility is better I was very tired on the day of my return, so I took the Nex train with my suitcase and luggage. I don’t have the confidence to walk 15 minutes to JR Shinjuku. Pay 600 yen and take a taxi Hotel quality is just as good as the price. Good physical strength Recommended for those who consider cost-effectiveness, I like that there is a 7-Eleven right in front of the hotel. I was assigned a room on the 11th floor, so I couldn't expect a great view in the sun, but there was a view that looked good in photos from the hotel hallway.

I have forgotten to write about this accommodation experience, so I will make it up today! The location of the hotel is good. When you get off the plane that day, take the airport express and transfer to the subway, and you will be there in about 15 minutes on foot. There is no problem with Google navigation. This time I came to Tokyo alone to visit the 59th All Japan Model Exhibition. I went around in Tokyo by the way. The location of Shinjuku is very good. It is convenient to go everywhere, so I chose Shinjuku as my positioning when I booked the hotel. . The check-in was very smooth. The check-in form that was printed in advance was shown to the front desk staff and it was processed smoothly. The language is not a barrier, just a simple English conversation. The translation software in the mobile phone is also a good choice. The room is not very big, but the facilities are complete. It is enough for me to come alone. The bed is not hard and all kinds of bedding are very clean. I specially took a picture of the check-in notes for your reference. All in all, my staying experience was good this time, the service staff are very friendly, the surrounding environment is also good, there are 3 convenience stores within 100 meters of the hotel is very convenient.
