We booked a family room for three people, and it was quite spacious. When we checked in, the child's bed was already made. The bathroom had a dry and wet separation, with a dedicated area for soaking, and the shower had great water pressure – very comfortable. Considering we traveled during the National Day holiday, this hotel felt like excellent value for money. Definitely a thumbs up! We arrived at the hotel around 2 PM on the day of check-in. The hotel's check-in time was 3 PM, and there was already a long line of guests waiting. The front desk even gave us a check-in number. So, we went out to grab some food first; there are many restaurants near the hotel, which was very convenient. When we returned at 3:05 PM to check in, we were prepared to queue again, but to our surprise, the check-in process was incredibly fast. We were able to check in immediately upon arrival. The efficiency was really impressive! Check-out was just as efficient.
Near the station.
Good size room compared to the other rooms in japan.
Small gym.
Good size bathroom with a tub. Also quite big. Good quality for the price. Definitely recommend.
The breakfast spread was extensive, and the Japanese breakfast was particularly delicious. The restaurant offered great views, and the hotel's location was superb. The only downsides were the rooms, which, typical for Tokyo hotels, were rather small and expensive. Also, finding the lobby for the first time was a bit tricky.
The rooms are clean and the beds are spacious.
The breakfast buffet has a variety of Japanese and Western dishes, so I didn't get bored even after staying several nights.
The menu changes a little every day, so I was able to enjoy my breakfast at my own pace in a relaxing atmosphere.

This hotel is not the first time I am staying at and past few stay over past 2 years previously was great.
Upon arrival into Tokyo, there is limo bus available from Narita / Haneda Airport straight to hotel itself which is super convenient and time saving. (Limo bus booking available at hotel toward Airport is available too)
The hotel was walking distance (less than 3 min) toward the train station. There are Family mart, 7-11 , Lawson nearby also which is very important (Within inside the hotel, there is another convenience store as well)
Nearby mall such as Lumine, Sobu, Tobu are within walking distance . Otherwise another mall Sunshine city which is 10 to 15 min walk away.
The room itself was pretty consistent good compared to the past few stays
Just nice bed for solo like myself, walking space in the room was ok for myself as well (including luggage). The toilet was ok since it is pretty standard across most hotel .
Housekeeping was great and all details well taken care of.
Definitely recommending to anyone out there who are looking at Ikebukuro area as it is well connected to any area.
Will be back one day soon next year 😀😀
Extremely satisfied with our Kamakura hotel booking! We were torn between two options, but since we were traveling with a child, we opted for this one due to its more convenient location. The lobby's aesthetic, coupled with the lush greenery in the atrium, created a wonderfully peaceful (落ち着く) atmosphere. Our room was also spacious and very clean, especially the bathroom, which had a great wet/dry separation and a makeup mirror – I absolutely loved it. There's a convenience store right next door, a drugstore across the street, and the hotel itself has a cafe. Plus, just a short walk away, there's a Michelin-starred ramen place and a delicious tempura restaurant. The more I write about it, the more I want to go back!

For first-time visitors, when you arrive via the Keikyu Line (see photo 1), look for Area A; check-in is on the fifth floor of Area A. I booked a riverside double room, which actually offers a city view – the 'river' can be seen in photo 4. Regarding dining, I didn't book breakfast as I don't eat it. For lunch, I ordered a pasta set with a semi-buffet from the restaurant. I was pleased there was no service charge. I chose a pasta dish made by a local chef using wild vegetables, radishes, and icefish. It was a bit salty but tasted quite good, costing around 2900 JPY.
The hotel staff were very responsible. I had a late flight, so to make things easier, I paid 3000 JPY in advance to extend my check-out until 2 PM. When I actually checked out at 12:15 PM, a female staff member helping me with my luggage mentioned that I hadn't actually extended my stay, and she decided to refund the late check-out fee on the spot. I found this quite heartwarming, especially since things here are generally highly self-service, so I hadn't even brought it up myself. The person who handled my check-in was not the same person who processed the refund. I felt that the hotel staff were very attentive and flexible, not just strictly following procedures; they really think of the guests' convenience when traveling!
