My husband and I recently stayed 4 nights at The Kitano and overall we really enjoyed our stay. A few pros, the room was clean and larger than expected. The hotel only had 4 floors so it gave a boutique feeling in the heart of the city. The staff was friendly, especially at breakfast (but felt like they could have helped a bit more when trying to find dinner, which was a bit difficult for us). Worth mentioning, the location was a little far from the sights and not on the JR loop so we had to take the regular subway which took a little extra planing and time. The general area didn’t have many good restaurants so plan ahead. Even though we enjoyed our stay but as tourists we would probably select a different location next time.

The room and view are great, and the service is worthy of the price. The swimming pool is good, but children are not allowed to swim. The children are a bit disappointed. If you are a parent, you will not choose this place next time. Conrad’s facilities are not as new as Prince Gallery, but it is more child-friendly . This hotel is suitable for couples... it will be very graphic.

Check in is at main tower, but staff will help to bring the luggage over to the room at garden tower, no hassle. Great location, as garden tower is super close to Akasaka Mitsuke and Nagatacho station; convenient in accessing many attractions. Across the street, there are many food options near Akasaka Mitsuke station. There is a supermarket nearby too and family mart just at level 2 of building, so very convenient. There is a Rose garden and Japanese garden in the hotel. The room size is super good too compared to Tokyo standard.

This was our second trip to Japan within the past 5 years. Previously, we stayed at a budget hotel which was cramped and small compared to American hotels. For this reason, we decided to splurge and I'm so glad we did. Splurge on the deluxe room if you value space and comfort. It not only made a huge difference, but it made our stay even better. The deluxe room comes with a walk- in closet, huge bathroom, and the room itself was big enough for a King bed and sitting area with a couch and chair. The staff provided excellent customer service at all times. The hotel is not that close to a train station so be wary of that, especially if you have heavy luggage. Also, this hotel is huge and navigating it takes time before you know where to go and how to get to the area's local restaurants and train stations. The hotel grounds have a beautiful Japanese garden with waterfall which rivals some parks. The only criticism I have about our stay is dining. As do all hotels, this one charges a huge price to dine on-site. You have access to local restaurants that are within walking distance for half the price. If you want to save money do a little research online and dine off-site. There are plenty of options around the area.

Exceptional hotel, with exceptional service. The staff from concierge, to Saryoh club lounge, restaurants and the Spa were amazing. We stayed here for a 15 year anniversary and the staff ensured we celebrated and enjoyed all moments. Shout out to the Tepanyaki chef from Hokkaido who has been with The Capitol Tokyu for over 15 years, from preparing a remarkable and unforgettable meal. This is the second use. Both times were booked from the ANA site and it was 11,000 with breakfast. Location: Near to Hanzomon Station which link to most of the place you will visit as a tourist. Cleanliness: the room is clean, not feeling any uncomfortable. Just too small. Service: Reception Staff is nice & explain their hotel facilities. Facilities: In room facilities is well maintained but the aircon blowing sound is a bit loud. check out process is simple and is friendly. Washing Machine & dryer is available but a bit expensive for us, nearby there is a laundry shop provide larger machine with cheaper price. free breakfast (just a bread) & coffee & tea. Tokyo DIAMOND HOTEL (Diamond Hotel) is located not far from the Banyanmen Subway Station, and because it is located in a quiet residential area, it is not too noisy to enter and leave the hotel in the morning and evening. There is a large wooden table at the entrance, with a table lamp, tea bag, phone, and a teapot and refrigerator under the table that can boil hot water. The sound insulation in the room is OK, the only downside is that the floor is a blanket not a common tile in the hotel. If you have the opportunity to renovate the hotel, it is recommended to change to a tile floor. Although it is more difficult to clean, the mood of the tenant will be very pleasant from check-in to leave!

It was really nice. There’s not that many hotels that serve a room for 3 people but here has it. I didn’t want a room with camp bed or folding bed. The additional bed was cosy here. The room was quite small for three people but we almost didn’t stay in the room and just came here for a sleep so it was fine. Two convenience stores are near to the hotel and it’s really close to the subway station Hanzomon so I thought it’s a perfect choice for the Tokyo trip. Plus next to the hotel there’s a quick soba restaurant maybe for the morning business man was cheap and the taste is also not bad. If you’re busy you can try it

We stayed for 3 nights in November 2021. Thank you very much for your consideration of the upgrade of the room because you made a slightly irregular reservation. The location is very convenient because it is close to the station entrance to the train platform and is close to the station entrance. The bed and pillows are very comfortable, but not very soundproof. You can hear the sounds in the corridor and outside the window. Outside the window is an air conditioner outdoor unit. There is free coffee and a microwave in the lobby, and there are three flavors of donuts in the evening. The cafe next door is very convenient and provides breakfast for a fee.

The atmosphere of the single room and the photo provided by the business is not bad. Picture 3 shows the breakfast that comes with it, and you can go to the first floor to get it at will. There is the large place hotel’room in akasaka if want to stay at the family room. We are very happy cause staff are very helpful. Spa here (separated man and women) is free of charge if stay here. Yukata always set in our room everyday with different pattern(adults and younger). The place is instagramable (at night). Hotel location is near restaurant, food local , easy to find, public transportation(train).

The location is good, but it may be difficult to find when you first go there as it is a bit hidden away. Use Google Maps. At the reception, write down your address, phone number and signature. It's a simple check-in. You cannot pay by cash, so a credit card is required. Security is OK as you cannot ride the elevator without a card key. The room is not large, but it's nice that the shower and toilet are separated. Air purifier available. There is a refrigerator. Whether the bed is soft or not depends on your preference. If you are on a business trip, some rooms may not have desks, which may be inconvenient. I was. Breakfast is in the building next door. Drinks are self-service.

I used it for 3 months in hotel life. I was impressed by staying at a reasonable amount of hotel in Akasaka. It was close to 3 minutes walk from Akasaka Mitsuki station with good access, and there were delicious shops, famous shops, and good massage shops, and drugstore and convenience stores were close to each other. I had the best time without any inconvenience. The hotel was clean, the staff was kind, and the coin laundry and microwave were also installed, so it was very easy to spend. I would like to use it if I have a chance to stay for a long time.

Our stay met and exceeded our expectations! It was our first time in Tokyo as a family of 6 (with kids and a person with disabilities). We stayed in a corner family suite on one of the higher floors. The view was just gorgeous. The suite was amazing! It was spacious, clean, and comfortable! The hotel is located a few blocks from two subway stations and a short few blocks from the beautiful Hie Shrine. The neighborhood becomes very lively at night when business people are out and about. There’s a ton of great restaurants and convenient stores around the hotel. There’s an onigiri shop down the street that is just delicious. Very convenient location. The staff were so kind, courteous, helpful, responsive, and accommodating. They stood up and greeted us every time we walked by the lobby. They coordinated taxi pick up and drop off for our family as well. Days before our stay, the hotel staff contacted us to confirm our flight arrival time and projected arrival at the hotel. Everything about this hotel was just fantastic. I highly recommend this hotel especially for families and those with disabilities. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

１０月中旬の週末、ANA楽パック利用で２泊お世話になりました。家内と２人でツインAタイプに宿泊。部屋の広さはミニマムでスーツケースを広げるスペースはありません。眺望はスカイツリー側、展望浴場はニューオータニ側となります。こちらは立地が良いわりに静かで、地下鉄有楽町線だと麹町と永田町の２駅使いが出来るので、行く先で使い分けるのにも便利です。赤坂の繁華街も徒歩圏内なので、食事にも困りません。朝食付きプランを利用しましたが、ビュッフェの品数は一般のビジネスホテル並みですが、会場はこのホテルのメインレストランで広々しているので、ゆったり取ることが出来ます。展望浴場は内湯の浴槽とスチームサウナがあり、１００室を超える宿なので込み合う時間帯も有りますが、時間を選べばゆっくり入浴することが出来ます。浴槽・サウナ共に５人程度が利用可能。うれしい事に朝風呂でもサウナが利用できます。部屋のカードキーが２枚あるので、夫婦別々に行動が可能です。浴場にはスリッパに名前を貼れるシールが置いてあります。公共の宿だけあって、館内の飲料自販機はコンビニ価格。リーズナブルに泊るにはこれもうれしい事かと。同じ麹町界隈の公共の宿では、隣接する都市センターホテル、麹町寄りのグリーンパレスにも泊った事が有りますが、どれも甲乙つけがたく、次利用する機会があれば悩みそうです。最上階の展望浴場は充分魅力的ですが・・利用者にはアジア系の外国の方も結構いらっしゃいました。フロント、レストランともスタッフの皆さんは親切・丁寧です。お世話になり有難うございました。
