Terrific newish hotel in the top 4 floors of an office building. About 320 t0 30 minute walk to Shibuya, Ginza or Harajuku or 2 minutes to the metro station. The metro is easy to use as instructions are in a lot of lanuages and you can pay with coins, notes or cards. We paid a little extra and were in a larger corner room with 180 degree views. Free generous minibar refilled each day. Staff were tops. There is a Japanese restaurant on the second floor which is independent of the notel. Excellent and fair prices. Breakfast was part of our package and it well above average. If you have bags or cant handle stairs ask the taxi to go into the basement from where you access the hotel with ease Tokyo is not cheap but I will certainly be back here

The room was large and luxurious. It was a pity that the outside of the window was the next building, but the others are satisfied. Breakfast was also original and I enjoyed it. My wife likes the service of the bear on the Ikkyu diamond. I was grateful that I could choose red and white wine, and I opened one. It is the same everywhere at the subway station, but it is difficult to know where the hotel is located even though it is on the ground nearby. Once I knew the location, it was fine, but at first I was lost.

The service attitude is very good, but there are only 2-3 people checking in and checking out, which is not enough. There will be a lot of queues. Although there will be helpful receptionists to ask for reservation information in advance, it will still take a long time. The advantage of the lobby is that it is on a high floor. The privacy is good. There is a dedicated elevator to get to the guest room, but the disadvantage is that you need to go to the elevator every time you go out/come back. Compared with the accommodation experience eleven years ago, the facilities feel obviously outdated. Breakfast is not a buffet but an a la carte menu. I don’t know how often it changes, but it is the same for two consecutive days. Although there are many ways to prepare eggs, the appetizers, salads and fruits are the same. It may be a bit boring if you eat it for two more days. Freshly baked bread will be served. Come here and let me choose, but they are all shortening and French tart, which are quite greasy. Several kinds of homemade yogurt are good. The puddings are all sweet. When I ordered on the first day, I ordered pancake as the main dish, which was relatively normal. The hotel’s chocolate lobby restaurant also sells it. It's not too far away from Roppongi Tower. It's about 1.00km or 10.20 minutes walk. You can see the night view of Tokyo Tower from a distance.

We were booked in by my son when we arrived and we're delighted with the total environment! Having not travelled since 2019 had to readjust and the staff and environment helped us greatly ! Every aspect of the hotel was customer focused and Covid aware! In reception nothing was a problem and there was an excellent speaker of English! The dining room suited our needs and the verandah gave extensive views of the city and Tokyo Tower! The food was generous and well prepared and the dinners at night were very good! I must pay particular tribute to Ken in the first our stay and his meticulous attention to our needs and understanding!! We would thoroughly recommend this hotel as people return to Japan and of course Tokyo!

There are many positive things to say about this hotel, the space is huge for a Tokyo hotel, very clean, and the location is more than excellent. However, am extremely disappointed and displeased by the service that was provided by a female Caucasian staff member of the team. Of our 7 days of stay here, we have only tried to make a single request, which was to make a restaurant reservation on the 21/5 in Hokkaido as I could not read or speak Japanese so I require assistance from the team. She initially wanted to dismiss me as soon as possible until a Japanese colleague came to assist us. Provided us with a restaurant reservation form and we filled it. Thereafter, she said she cannot reserve for us because the date of reservation is after the date that we are staying at. Firstly, this is such a simple request and I only made it because I’m unable to do so myself due to the language barrier. Secondly, I was appalled by her laziness and attitude when conversing with us. I have never encountered such horrible service by a hotel concierge in my life before, many others would be glad and happy to assist with such a simple request.

It’s a very nice location at Aoyama, you can easily find metro station, restaurants, supermarket, family mart and pharmacy. The room is tiny but the facilities are nice. The only issue is the wifi, not stable, I got disconnection multiple times. Nice choice for 1 or 2 nights.

Act Roppongi Hotel lives up to its name. Which is a class act. We went berserk Upon seeing it. Architecture is stylish. Such like in Germany. So close to Roppongi Station & Starbucks. Bars line up the street. Customer service is high standard. The staff are very helpful. The hotel offers free flowing UC C coffee in C pods. Unlimited toiletries is set up at the CC lobby. Their suite is like from Beauty & The Beast. Cozy accommodation. The bath & toilet are donned separately. The suite is Very spacious with its own kitchen. It has its own bar-resto on the 4F. Taxis are accessible just near the Roppongi Station too.

Very cute, warm , small and petite lobby . Lobby would be the size of a large bedroom with a small sit out ( about 2 sofas) and desk . People at the desk are super friendly . Most can understand English at the desk and one of the front desk lady speaks impeccable english ( she stayed in US for few years ). I stayed in such a small room for the first time. If you are travelling with 2 suitcase, there is probably no space to put both of them. I didnt like the bed though : wrought iron bed , bit creaky and shaking. I personally like beds that you can sit and lean on while reading ... not possible here. The room lighting is very dim and i have never seen such small bathrooms/ shower before. The railway station is 10 minutes walk, many eateries right in front ( local japanese, turkish, Indian, american diner, Thai food ... most options available ). Shibuya

Very good hotel, I will stay there again if I have the chance. The view from the front desk is very good, overlooking the Meiji Jingu Baseball Stadium next to it. There happened to be a baseball game during the few days I stayed. Although I didn't understand the rules, the atmosphere was pretty good. There is Lawson on the first floor of the hotel. I often buy boxed apple juice and drink it. The apple juice is very popular. There is a large public bath in the hotel. If you go there early or late, there will be no crowds and it will be very comfortable. I especially like the bubble pool, and I feel exhausted.

The hotel is VERY small, too small. We booked the biggest room which was stated as 24 sqm. When we first entered into the room we were shocked. This was the smallest room we have ever stayed. Two small beds had to put next to each other, otherwise you can't walk in. And there was no seating area for you to rest unless you sit on the bed. Luggage cannot be opened in the room freely and we had to make our way to adjust that. We paid almost aud$300 per night and the whole experience was disappointing. Service was very friendly and location was good. But because the room was too small, we cannot enjoy our stay in the hotel. Almost everything is self serviced, they don't even have lotion and cotton tip.

I stayed for 1 night on a business trip. Just off the exit of the station near the intersection of Roppongi Hotel There were convenience stores, restaurants and drugstores around, and it was convenient for business trips. The room had everything you needed and there was a humid air cleaner. It's not narrow, but it's not wide... It's a unique feeling of making Showa. Not perfect but we loved our stay here. We had two king rooms that while small were nicely appointed, and aesthetically sufficient for our needs. I will say that if you travel with Full sized suitcases then this isn’t the place for you. Some wall hooks and a shelf would have been a nice edition but we made do with what we had available in the space. We booked two rooms, the second room was for our 14 and 11 year olds. I asked two months ahead of time for the rooms to be near each other and they placed us on separate floors, not ideal. Other families had rooms next to each other so I know it’s possible. But we made it work. The restaurant is great for breakfast and dinner and the daytime cafe/nighttime cafe was awesome as well. The location of this hotel is outstanding. Super close to shibuya dining, shopping, entertainment, and the train but in a special calm little nook. It always felt great to return . I will say that you’re kind of on your own here. Checkin/out was completed on a kiosk and while there are always people in the “lobby” I was never actually sure who worked there. Checkout/in time can be pretty chaotic as it seems most people store their luggage In The lobby. But none of this would stop me from staying there again. This was our first time in Tokyo and having now been around the city I’m glad we chose Shibuya to stay in. Definitely glad I didnt pick a place in shinjuku!

I was traveling with a leg injury and found a high level of service coming across to assist and render this journey with my son Sandro, a real good memory. Probably company culture as cleaners and supervisors displayed the same willingness and understanding. Thank you!

La localisation est pratique pour visiter Tokyo cependant il s’agit d’un étage d’un vieil immeuble aménagé avec des chambres. Pas d’accueil physique, pas de réception donc pas de service en cas de besoin, pas possible de laisser ces bagages avant ou après le check out par exemple. L’espace cuisine à partager est minimaliste et sur une très petite surface dans le couloir. Le point le plus négatif est que le tarif est au moins aussi cher si ce n’est plus que pour un hôtel confortable avec tous les services. L’endroit peu dépanner si les hôtels dans le coin sont pleins mais sinon il est, il me semble, facile de trouver mieux.
