It's very good. From the front desk to the room to breakfast to dinner, etc., every detail is great and the price/performance ratio is very high. Especially the dishes and service in the Japanese restaurant in the hotel are so authentic, which made my mother very happy. She will never forget the Japanese restaurant. It was my first time to stay at the Hilton Conrad. I didn’t expect that the service and quality were better than those at the Ritz-Carlton and Peninsula. I even liked it better. Unfortunately, I couldn’t cancel the hotel later, otherwise I would have to extend my stay for two days. What a pity. However, we have developed a new continent and will visit more often in the future!

My family and I used it to celebrate my husband's birthday. When I returned to the hotel after turndown, a birthday message, a bouquet of flowers, and a small gift had been left for me. Their subtle care is wonderful. Also, all of the drinks I received upon arrival were replenished, which I was really grateful for. Check-in was done while relaxing on the sofa, just like the Toranomon edition. However, the difference is that we receive a welcome drink service and a towel with a relaxing and soothing scent of vetiper and petitgrain, which is different from the edition's signature fragrance black tea, and the fatigue of traveling will melt away. I did. The customer base is different from Toranomon, it is less lively and has a more cozy atmosphere. Although the hotel is new, the staff's pleasant friendliness and polite and kind consideration are wonderful. You can explore various things in Ginza while taking a break, and the hotel's architecture and interior will stimulate your senses, so it's definitely a great way to spend your vacation. is. The only thing that bothered me was the loud noise from the air conditioner coming from near the entrance of the room. That's it. The humidity control is also great, but I wondered why. The room is nice and quite comfortable. We got a smoking room by my own mistake on booking and they are kind to allow us to switch to a smaller non smoking one. The staff was understanding and helpful despite booking was extremely full. We are very grateful for their help! The hotel is extremely central to Ginza and it’s rare u get such nice hotel there with this price and size! Would come back again.

Caveat: only stayed here one night and left early morning so we didn’t experience the gym or breakfast. Service was great, such as the staff waiting for us in the lobby at 5:40am because they knew we’d booked a taxi and wanted to help with the bags. That kind of proactive service. Martinis at the bar were perfect; live music made for nice ambience; check in and express check out on the TV were super quick. Dinner at the teppanyaki restaurant downstairs was delicious although surprising the staff barely spoke any English (we arrived from a small country ryokan so this was surprising in Tokyo). But Japanese people are so wonderful and friendly you can always get by with some menu pointing and miming. The real magic here though is having your own balcony, which in central Tokyo is a rare treat (pic is our view from balcony). I’d definitely stay here again.

I was disappointed that it was a hotel selected separately by the bath and toilet on the pack tour of the accommodation site. Rich has a bus in the direction of Tsukiji and Toyosu, close to Higashi Ginza and Ginza Station, and Lawson is in the adjacent hotel. 2F There is an elevator on the back side as well as the stairs in front of the hotel front. The correspondence and facilities of the employees were good. Animation tea and drinks are installed next to the front desk, coffee can be brought to the room with a cup, and there is a newspaper so you can choose the necessary items. When I arrived early and left my luggage, I received a check-in explanation and returned from going out, and immediately went to the room as soon as I received the room key and the luggage I left. However, when I entered the room, the smell ... Turn on the air purifier and go to the toilet. I chose a separate room for the bathroom and toilet, but when I opened the toilet door, there was a bathroom door in front of me, and the lower one was full of black mold, and the inside was also moldy ... The cause of the smell was found to be the bathroom. DHC shampoo, conditioner, and body soap are installed in the bathroom, and when you return from the outing and use the shower, you remove the bath chair and the floor is also black mold. Is this state still ６ in about a year? The next morning, when I woke up, my nose didn't stop ... I went out and settled. The bottle of hand washing soap in the washbasin is hard enough to push. This time I stayed at ２ on a consecutive holiday, but there is no next use. The response was good, but it was very disappointing that the water was not clean.

We stayed here for 5 nights as a family of four (2 adults and 2 kids of 2 and 5 years old). We had a wonderful stay. It is a nice boutique hotel just stone throw away from Tsukiji market. We enjoyed the nice seafood for dinner and the market is vibrant since early morning. There’s a drink machine serving complimentary tea, coffee and chocolate in reception area and the kids love it. The staff are all very helpful and polite. The breakfast is plentiful and yummy. They even have a public bath though our itinerary was packed so didnt have time to try. All hot water, tv, air conditioning functioned perfectly. They had 4 lifts which could easily fit all of us plus two strollers. There is convenient store just downstairs where we could get stuff. Location wise was not a concern as we traveled by Uber and taxi. But the taxi fee is just around JPY1500 or less to Tokyo station. We could also walk to Ginza. I really love this hotel and would highly recommend it.

We book two rooms one double and one triple. Both are very small even by Japanese standard. But it is very clean, new and functional. All amenities are self service, hopefully it reduces wastage. Daily housekeeping provided although we declined to be environmentally conscious. Location was two blocks from Tsukiji market where we had breakfast every day for three days stay. It is close to metro - Higashi Ginza or Ginza station. Beds were comfortable, shower awesome although that seem to be the norm rather than exception in Japan. During a ten days Japan trip we have been impressed with all the hotels, average priced but so clean and pleasant compared to North American hotels of similar price. This is a nation you can’t help but respect!

Yes, the rooms are small. But my room had everything I needed and was super clean and well designed. The bed was really comfortable and the bathroom modern. Flat screen TV, mini-fridge, kettle, coffee/tea - the amenities were fantastic. I found the staff members polite and helpful. The hotel has coin laundry washing machines/dryers, as well as vending machines and a small business area. From Narita, I took the NEX to Tokyo station - the hotel is about a 15 minute walk from there. Though if you're not familiar with Tokyo then I'd suggest getting a taxi from the station instead. The hotel is surrounded by places to eat/drink, and just footsteps away from Tsukiji station too. I would definitely consider staying there again when I return to Tokyo.

I stayed in a twin room with a cypress bath. It was a pity that the welcome sweets after check-in, which were one of the pleasures, were canceled due to the corona disaster. However, the room made me remember overseas hotels with flooring, and the beds, sofas, and Nespresso that were well arranged in a simple room were also delicious. For dinner, I enjoyed Japan with ２ seeds compared to the sushi I brought in and the Japanese sake drinkers of Ｔｓｕｋｉ room service. Also, the cypress bath attached to the room has a good scent and enjoys Japan here. I was able to relax slowly while feeling the extraordinaryness of the weekend. I would like to stay again.

It's really unexpectedly good. The apartment building is very new and decorated simply and plainly, but it has complete facilities, especially the kitchen, bathroom, toiletries and other items. It's very careful and thoughtful. The picture display and room information description are completely consistent with the actual situation. The apartment has an excellent location, right inside Tsukiji Market, a 5-minute walk from the nearest subway station, and there is a bus to Ginza at the main intersection. All the staff at the front desk can speak fluent English and have a friendly attitude. The front desk took the initiative to help us book a taxi on the day we left, which was very heartwarming. This is a highly recommended hotel-style apartment. It is most suitable for family travel. Breakfast or dinner can be served in the room, which is convenient for travel. I will choose this apartment next time I go to Tokyo.
