My family and I used it to celebrate my husband's birthday. When I returned to the hotel after turndown, a birthday message, a bouquet of flowers, and a small gift had been left for me. Their subtle care is wonderful. Also, all of the drinks I received upon arrival were replenished, which I was really grateful for. Check-in was done while relaxing on the sofa, just like the Toranomon edition. However, the difference is that we receive a welcome drink service and a towel with a relaxing and soothing scent of vetiper and petitgrain, which is different from the edition's signature fragrance black tea, and the fatigue of traveling will melt away. I did. The customer base is different from Toranomon, it is less lively and has a more cozy atmosphere. Although the hotel is new, the staff's pleasant friendliness and polite and kind consideration are wonderful. You can explore various things in Ginza while taking a break, and the hotel's architecture and interior will stimulate your senses, so it's definitely a great way to spend your vacation. is. It's very good. From the front desk to the room to breakfast to dinner, etc., every detail is great and the price/performance ratio is very high. Especially the dishes and service in the Japanese restaurant in the hotel are so authentic, which made my mother very happy. She will never forget the Japanese restaurant. It was my first time to stay at the Hilton Conrad. I didn’t expect that the service and quality were better than those at the Ritz-Carlton and Peninsula. I even liked it better. Unfortunately, I couldn’t cancel the hotel later, otherwise I would have to extend my stay for two days. What a pity. However, we have developed a new continent and will visit more often in the future!

Caveat: only stayed here one night and left early morning so we didn’t experience the gym or breakfast. Service was great, such as the staff waiting for us in the lobby at 5:40am because they knew we’d booked a taxi and wanted to help with the bags. That kind of proactive service. Martinis at the bar were perfect; live music made for nice ambience; check in and express check out on the TV were super quick. Dinner at the teppanyaki restaurant downstairs was delicious although surprising the staff barely spoke any English (we arrived from a small country ryokan so this was surprising in Tokyo). But Japanese people are so wonderful and friendly you can always get by with some menu pointing and miming. The real magic here though is having your own balcony, which in central Tokyo is a rare treat (pic is our view from balcony). I’d definitely stay here again.

Very nice hotel, Big room size compared to tokyo standard. Lobby is quite big, Breakfast was also good with decent variety, just a suggestion if they can have no dairy milk also like soy or almond for those who are lactose intolerant or vegan. Subway is just below the hotel and TCAT station is 5 min away if you taking bus from Narita airport. Although we didnt have any lunch or dinner at hotel, they have good menu with many options. Was surprised to see vegetarian options also, that is a rare commodity in Japan.

I felt transfixed in time; My room door opened with an actual key. The furnishings and decor, ostentatious but tasteful. I felt like I could have met Humphrey Bogart in the hallway. The hotel had an air of privacy and was peaceful and calm. I also liked the location. I know it was a bit of a nuisance to find, but once you realized exactly where you were in terms of the metro exits, when you walk out of the hotel, you could easily think you’re in the suburbs with your family; away from the hustle & bustle of city life.

My husband and I stayed in a Western/Japanese style room. It was a decent size room and had everything we needed, but didn't feel too crowded. The kitchenette had a stove, microwave, toaster, fridge, silverware, plates, glasses, pots/pans, etc. Kitchen soap, paper towels were also included. There was a Western style table and chairs and a Japanese style table with cushions. There was a washer/dryer in the bathroom. You could get detergent from the front desk. The shower/bathroom was on the larger size and Japanese style. The toilet was in a separate room. The bed was large and very comfortable. Everything was high tech. There was a TV, but we did not turn it on. The location was great and very quiet! It was about a 15 minute walk to the Ginza shopping District and about a 5 minute walk to the train station, which basically connects you to anywhere in the city. There was a convenient store across the street and several other markets/convenient stores within a few minutes walk. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. It was sometimes difficult to communicate with them because of the language barrier, but we always managed a way to figure things out. If you like apartment style accommodations, I would definitely recommend the Gate Stay Premium Ginza Shintomicho.

Yes, the rooms are small. But my room had everything I needed and was super clean and well designed. The bed was really comfortable and the bathroom modern. Flat screen TV, mini-fridge, kettle, coffee/tea - the amenities were fantastic. I found the staff members polite and helpful. The hotel has coin laundry washing machines/dryers, as well as vending machines and a small business area. From Narita, I took the NEX to Tokyo station - the hotel is about a 15 minute walk from there. Though if you're not familiar with Tokyo then I'd suggest getting a taxi from the station instead. The hotel is surrounded by places to eat/drink, and just footsteps away from Tsukiji station too. I would definitely consider staying there again when I return to Tokyo.

We stayed here for 5 nights as a family of four (2 adults and 2 kids of 2 and 5 years old). We had a wonderful stay. It is a nice boutique hotel just stone throw away from Tsukiji market. We enjoyed the nice seafood for dinner and the market is vibrant since early morning. There’s a drink machine serving complimentary tea, coffee and chocolate in reception area and the kids love it. The staff are all very helpful and polite. The breakfast is plentiful and yummy. They even have a public bath though our itinerary was packed so didnt have time to try. All hot water, tv, air conditioning functioned perfectly. They had 4 lifts which could easily fit all of us plus two strollers. There is convenient store just downstairs where we could get stuff. Location wise was not a concern as we traveled by Uber and taxi. But the taxi fee is just around JPY1500 or less to Tokyo station. We could also walk to Ginza. I really love this hotel and would highly recommend it.

Staying at this hotel for the first time, a business hotel in a very convenient location. Up to the 11th floor are formal hotel rooms, and above the 12th floor are guesthouse-like rooms converted from residential buildings. The front desk is on the second floor. On the second floor, there are small bridges and artificial waterfalls. There are restaurants and lounges. The hotel is next to the canal and the Ota River of the big river. The scenery is very good. If you need to visit the water scenery, leave the water bus very close. There are still a few more steps to reach the 2020 Tokyo Olympics Players Village. There are many commercial facilities on the roadside. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to Tsukiji Market. It is about 15 minutes walking to Ginza, which is very convenient for living and shopping. The price at this lot can be considered very high. Recommended!
