5-7 mins walk from the nearest train station. noise level in my room was very low, almost silent, despite being adjacent to a busy street. coin laundry (2 washers and 2 dryers available) works great as expected and you can purchase individual detergent packs from the front desk (if i remember correctly: 500yen per wash, 100yen per 30 mins dryer, 50yen for a detergent pack)

Pros: - Close to Takadanobaba station. (Excellent access to Tokyo due to location) - There's a 7-Eleven right nearby. -깨끗함. - Good amenities such as refrigerator, microwave, washing machine, simple tableware, sturdy towels, toothbrushes -가성비이긴 함. Cons: - It's an unmanned hotel, so it's impossible to face you immediately. - No cleaning service. - When an emergency occurs (actually, it takes about 6 hours due to undelivered check-in information email and uneven door password), you should only rely on Trip.com inquiries. - The train sounds in the morning.

Very convenient location to stay on Jr Yamanote Line and Tokyo Metro Tozai Line. Hotel is across the station so we didn’t need to drag our luggages far. Breakfast is a selection from 3 choices of main dish plus small buffet of salad, fruits, yogurt, curry and rice, coffee and tea. Taste and food quality are great. But after 8 nights, it becomes a bit boring. Also, we thought there would be some Japanese breakfast choices like miso soup, pickles, fish, natto, etc. But it is essentially Western style (although one of the 3 main dish choice is Pho in tomato soup which was my favorite). This hotel is also in the Airporter network that we can drop our luggages at the lobby in the morning before 9 am and have Airporter to pickup and delivery to Haneda airport for us to pick up same day in the afternoon. Super convenient for 2000¥ apiece. We didn’t spend much time in Takadanobaba but commuting to Shinjuku or Ikebukuro is only 2 stations away either way. Overall: good stay, great location. 👍

Shinjuku Area
This store seems to have two addresses. There is no labor here where I live! ! ! ! There is no one to change the sheets and there is no trash can bag. It is very inconvenient anyway. When checking in, the self-service check-in was a mess. After checking out, I have to walk more than 10 minutes to another store to store my luggage, which is really worrying for all of you. Be protected from lightning. The price is quite expensive too hahahahahahahahahahahaha. There is a musty smell at the entrance of the hotel.

The name is Shinjuku, but the nearest station is Okubo and Shin Okubo. The appearance is old and rusty, but the interior is clean and there was no particular problem. By the way, it may be a little difficult to understand because it is a little back road. Also, I usually didn't prepare a style, but I was able to create a proof of accommodation properly. I also had a sleeping drink.
