I wish the location was good for the purpose of travel, but I am very impressed by the staff. In addition, the response to COVID-19 recently, such as cleaning up the railings of the entrance, was also firm and I was able to spend it with peace of mind. We would like to thank you for your response to the change of the room and for your polite explanation of the delivery of luggage. It became one of the facilities that I would like to disturb if I had another chance.

It was my first time staying at Hotel Graphy in over 5 years and it's still a wonderful experience. The staff are super and the small touches like daily welcome drink, fully stocked communal kitchen, roof lounge, etc. we still great. My one minor complaint is that the breakfast was much better in the past. I would previously go just for the breakfast when I was in the area.

Hygiene: The environment is very good and clean, and the price is high Service: The uncle at the front desk is very serious about service. The food downstairs is also delicious. Someone will clean the room every day. Environment: Convenient transportation, close to Akihabara, close to the subway station

The appearance was an impression like an old hotel or condominium in western style. It is a bit old but reasonable and cospa is a good impression. The drainage of the unit bus only flows slowly, so I was a little surprised, but it was okay if I got used to it. The washlet toilet seemed to have been forced from behind, and the location of the toilet bowl and toilet seat was shifted, so it was less 々 hard to use. There are supermarkets and convenience stores right there in the hotel, and shopping is convenient. The subway station was right there, and the Yamate line Nikkori station was within walking distance, so it was there. Anyway, it is reasonable and it is attractive.

There was an event at Tokyo Dome and stayed. It is about 5 〜 10 minutes walk from Tokyo Dome. There is a convenience store in front of you. It was very easy because I was able to rest at the hotel until 30 minutes before the start of the live. You can ask for luggage storage before and after the stay. The luggage storage is requested during the check-out day. There is no smoking place in the hotel, so if you can't take a smoking room, there is a smoking corner in the park of Korakuen Station. There is also one place outside the Tokyo Dome later. When there is an event, it is full early, so I would like to use it again if I can take it well.
