Very well located hotel but it is not five stars.
The facilities are old and the qualities of the bathroom and room are not excellent.

The rooms are also clean and luxurious. With this quality, it's a good deal for less than 20,000 yen per night! Unfortunately, when I called the front desk woman at the hotel to ask for some soap, she hung up on me.

All perfect . It does not have parking although it has a parking lot nearby. You have to leave the car in the parking lot first if you don't have to give the bill to Toledo

酒店前台水平不高，諮詢旅遊及美食答不出來，早餐品種太少，沖涼房花灑掛了就掉衹好手抓着沖😪😪😪房間門有很大的縫完全沒有安全感（如下圖）搞不懂為什麼能評上五星級👎👎👎

Little bit overrated. The lobby is amazing, but after that it's not so great. the rooms are quite small. It is a misunderstanding in a 5-star hotel to wait 2 minutes for hot water while standing in the shower in the morning.
Cleanliness almost impeccable. Almost, because little things spoil the impression. The room was clean, but, for example, the bathrobe was left untouched on the armchair, as was the underwear that fell from the chair onto the floor. The sink is dirty and sticky with soap because there is nowhere to put the soap - no one thought about a soap dish. The internet works terribly. It freezes. Little things that irritate you when you've previously spent a few nights in a perfectly run, lower category, but nonetheless much better hotel. I wouldn't choose again despite its perfect location in a quiet part of the old town. for the same money in Toledo you can have something more than a beautiful, amazing lobby.

This is a wonderful clean hotel with beautiful rooms - HOWEVER -
The room advertised on ******* is NOT the room you receive, it’s much smaller.
Also this hotel only has 2 parking spots. That is not ‘parking’ to me.
We stayed on a Sat night and they rented out the lobby to a function. So we couldn’t use the lobby to sit and chat with friends who we were travelling with, we couldn’t even use the elevator.
The lobby was full with 200 people and very noisy. If we rent a room from your hotel we rent the lobby space also.

The staff was incredibly helpful in arranging an airport transfer, dining and an excellent guide. The room was gorgeous.
